Description of Work: If we did not have a problem with their final bill (showed being charged for work not performed) I would give Harry?s ? A?. Feel that the circumstances stated in my complaint forces me to give a B Harry?s did handle the complaint quickly and to our satisfaction and if needing additional rugs for other rooms we would definitely go back to Harry?s first..

Description of Work: We contacted them to request a quote for the carpeting of our basement floor and stairs. We had specified that we were looking for a loop style carpet but when the associate came out they only had three samples, all of which were in the berber style. We would need to come into the store in order to view loop style carpet samples, but where their store is only open til 5pm Monday - Saturday, that's tough to do. | |Prior to leaving (20 minute visit start-to-end) they provided a price for the job (a bit under $2800 for approx. 400 sq.ft. and the stairs) which was double the quote from Home Depot. Granted the quality of product and (hopefully) installation would be superior than the horror stories I've heard about HD, but I was disappointed to hear that - like HD - Harrys also farms their installs out to subcontractors, so it's still the luck of the draw. Hard to justify paying twice as much.
