Description of Work: I needed a live wire to be properly contained in a conduit. Dave was very punctual and did excellent work. He took just over an hour and walked me thru the process before doing the work. | |Overall I was very happy with Dave's work. The only area where I see room for improvement would be in Dave's bookkeeping. I needed the receipt but rather that provide it at the time of the service I had to follow up and ask he email it. At that point there was a day delay and I needed it for closing on the sale of my house. If I hadn't needed the receipt it would not have been such an issue.

Dear member, Upon receipt of your report posting, I found myself befuddled and perplexed. This posting was initially categorized under the "Accountant/Tax Consultant" category, of which I am not in the profession of. Was this posting made in the Electrical category in error? I have contacted the Reporting division with Angie's List to research and review for accuracy. I'm hoping that this was simply a posting error. I've been fortunate enough to have received all "A" reports throughout my association with Angie's List, and blessed to have received their "Best in Boston" award for 2010. My commitment to Customer satisfaction is what drives my business and is the impetus behind my Mission Statement. I make a point to return all contacts (email and/or phone calls) within 24-48 hrs., and thus my confusion over the posting that I never returned your call. Please know that I never received your phone call. If this posting was intended for me, could you have accidentally dialed a different number? My recommendation to all present and future member inquiries, would be to always follow up your initial phone call with another, just to be certain that the intended party actually received your message. If this was the case, then this might have saved you the frustration with not hearing back from a contractor, as well as my not having received such a negative blemish against the "A" reports I have worked so hard to achieve. Description of Work: Dave was prompt, professional, and did high quality work! We had a lot of work to be done: Rewiring rooms, running cat-6 throughout the house, installing ceiling fans (including having to install switches and run the electrical cables), replacing outlets with tamper proof ones, adding new switches, and the list goes on! The point is he was very professional, provided an estimate and schedule and stuck to it. The cost of all the work was also very reasonable. I will definitely look to have DPH Electric out here again for some other work we are thinking of doing! thanks again Dave, for doing such great work!
