Craig was easy to work with and helped me to get a system that fit within my budget. The only reason I rate a 4.0 on the quality of work was because there were a couple of issues with the initial install that needed additional attention. Craig immediately sent the installers back to fix the problems to my satisfaction. The rain sensor is a sensitive device and Craig came out (promptly) twice until it was working properly. Also, there was an adjustment on the heads that I wanted based on personal preference and, again, Craig came right out and tweaked it with no questions asked. I work for a General Contractor and know that it is difficult to get it right on the first go and would absolutely recommend the Irrigation Company for your sprinkler installation because of their responsiveness and attention to your needs.

Very friendly and professional. Estimate and cost was much less than other company I received an estimate from. They even used an extra 3 or 4 sprinkler heads than what was quoted in estimate at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Finished winterizing my sprinkler system in 15 minutes! Also identified why one zone wasn't working; bad solenoid. Will have them come back and fix it in the Spring.

Craig called me quickly and came right out to provide an estimate. He also provided me with options that ultimately allowed me to save some money. After accepting the job, the crew came out within a few days and did a terrific job on the project. Along with some routine maintenance and repairs, they added a new zone to water our garden and shrubs.
