Everything was great. The staff that came to my house was very professional and proficient. They revived a system that hadn't been used in years. They also recommended not wasting money on unnecessary repairs. The only issue that concerned me was that they overbilled me for the labor. I have cameras on my property that noted the exact time they came and left and it appears they overcharged me for about 1 hour of labor. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I chose to get a quote from the Irrigation Company based on other reviews that I read here at Home Adviser. They were one of three companies that I received quotes from. Their pricing was competitive but the real differentiation was Craig, the owner of the business. He was extremely courteous, punctual and knowledgeable about sprinkler systems in general. He made my wife and I comfortable that his company would provide a quality system and provide good service. The company just finished the installation which took 2 days. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job installing and kept the lawn almost completely intact. Craig then came over and went over all aspects of the system with us, explaining how to use and ensuring that we were happy with the entire system. Great job overall. We are very pleased with the service.
