Description of Work: We had Scott's for about 4 or 5 years until very recently. When we started the office was in Warwick, RI but recently it is Raynham. The service is inconsistent and it has become more difficult to get someone with local authority on the phone. There was one tech who was stellar and he did a great job (but he is no longer with Scott's) and the other techs that have come are capable to useless, depending on the day. Just getting the products on the lawn is not hard and they do a decent job (except this year they haven't even been able to do that right) but when there are problems or questions, having a good tech makes all the difference and our lawn has looked relatively poor the past year or so. When it's not always the same tech they don't notice trends or changing problems. Service-wise, we ask two things of the techs. Call us a day or so ahead of a treatment so I can change my mowing schedule if needed, and ring the doorbell when they arrive so I can ask questions and talk about any issues. This year they have been inconsistent with both. That, combined with the deteriorating lawn conditions, prompted us to drop Scott's and find better service elsewhere.
