The service was good but due to the weather it was tough getting them out here.

Our roof began leaking in late Dec and needed to be replaced immediately. Matt responded right away when I contacted him for an estimate, and they were able to begin work shortly thereafter. They were very professional and did a great job, working during some very cold weather and a day of ice rain. We were very happy with everything and definitely recommend him.

They didn't treat ice dams, secondly I purchased a coupon for $400 worth of work and they only gave me a $299 credit. I spoke with the owner about the bill and he said he would not take off the $400 credit I paid $299 for. I have a receipt to show he took $299 off and not $400.

The gentleman that I was working with was very professional about getting back to me and keeping me updated. I appreciated his honesty. Due to the weather (national emergency due to snow), he wasn't able to make it to my home. I have asked for a refund due to having to use someone else.

Matt and his team were very responsive with a quote for a roofing job that included a main house, two-car garage and large outbuilding. They were able to schedule the work during the winter, and managed to work around a massively stormy and snowy winter! They always did the job in segments so that nothing was left unprotected in the weather. They did a very good job with the roof and cleaned up everything beautifully. I would definitely recommend Matt and would use him again.

The provider had a "Big Deal" in Angie's List for $299 for snow and ice dam removal. Due to high demand, I was unable to schedule the work to be done within the timeframe I needed. I cancelled the big deal and got a full refund. I ended up having the work done by another provider. South Coast Remodelers was responsive to my emails and phone calls. They were very pleasant to deal with. I just needed the work done sooner than they could do it.

The work was done extremely well. Matt sent a colleague to rake our roof during the horrible stormy weather. An additional bonus, was that we were looking for a person to plow for us this winter and Matt was available. We couldn't have asked for a better job done on our driveway. Matt was a terrific find and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer.

I tried to reach the company, and their mailbox was full. I haven’t been able to get in touch with them at all, and now I no longer need the service. I needed the service right away, so I wasn’t happy that I never heard from them. I called Angie’s List, and he said he would shoot a message over to the service provider and nothing came from that. I thought it was going to be taken care of at that point.

He was on time for first appointment to give us an estimate on 3/25/15. He started the work late afternoon on 3/27/15 until it was dark and came back 3/28/15 and finished the job. Considering that everyone is calling because of the heavy snow and damage, we were glad he was able to do our job in a timely fashion.

They were supposed to get back to me about scheduling and I haven't heard anything back.

We just could never connect for scheduling. The provider said he was going to get over 200 calls a day, and I did provide him with 3 contact phone numbers to get in touch with me. I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

Unfortunately, the gentleman was unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, and I had to hire another company to do the work.

I found South Coast Remodelers offering a Big Deal Ice Dam Removal and chose them to remove the enormous ice dams I had after this terrible winter. I was contacted the next day and told that they had a pretty full schedule due to high demand but they would contact me as soon as they could to schedule service. South Coast Remodelers did reach out to me about a week and a half later in order to verify that I needed their services, however I did end up going with another company due to having water damage and not being able to wait. Overall they seemed courteous and willing to help me.

I saw them on the list and paid for their services. They contacted me shortly after and came out in a reasonable amount of time. I asked them to clear off the whole roof and they gave me an amount. I was very satisfied

Like everyone else this season we have large ice dams, we didn't have to pay much so I understand we couldn't expect miracles. They were professional and pleasant, we saw little change in the ice dams really.

They never did the work. I will never use this contractor again and I will never use an Angie's list great deal again. You have lost my trust.

We set an appointment, and they never showed up. I need to cancel.

They called yesterday to set up the appointment and called 10 minutes before they arrived. They cleaned up the snow buildup that fell from the roof around the house and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were extremely professional.

Provider was responsive, professional and efficient. Great crew. Would definitely recommend and use again. A+

This company was not responding to any of my Angie's List messages, so I called him. When I finally got a hold of him he stated that he hoped to be out my way this weekend, but there was no guarantee.

The process was fine; however I did not end up using this company.

Informed me they don’t service my area. Took a couple days to email me. Attempted to contact them via phone and no answer and voicemail was full.

I appreciated that he was upfront and honest as far as scheduling. He stated he would not be able to accommodate me for a week due to the excessive scheduling. If he were more local and closer to me, I would call upon him for future services, however, due to the distance I probably would have to find someone more local in the future.

They came during the most recent snow storm, same day. They did a professional job and all work was completed according to what was agreed upon.

It was a good experience even though I could not use them. Within minutes I got a response, unfortunately there were unable to provide service for our area. Even though they could not service my area I was appreciative of their immediate response so I knew I had to move forward.
