These people were very conscientious about calling and keeping me informed. They got the job done quickly and professionally. It was the easiest experience that I've had with a contractor in many years. I highly recommend them.

I needed a new awning to replace worn fabric. Representative came when he was supposed to. They did not try to sell me more than i needed. Materials used were top-rate. Installation went very smoothly. Price was reasonable. I had one technical question after installers had left, and owner called me right back. Very good customer service.

They came to take measurements and it was installed faster than other awning companies in the past.

Not a very businesslike outfit- their repair man was not able to give us any kind of document covering the work. I gave him a check on his promise to mail us a receipt; still waiting for it. The repair work is not completely satisfactory; we are not able to roll the awning up completely. The one plus is that they showed up to do the work in a surprisingly short time.

They are pleasant to speak with, professional, fast at getting the job done, and provide high quality work at a reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with my experience

Sondrini Enterprises was easy to deal with, met our expectations for quality and exceeded our expectations for service. We gave them a very tight schedule and they met it with time to spare. Nate himself was personable and courteous. His installers were easy to work with. Very highly recommended. Added four years later, I still feel this way. Sondrini has been super about maintaining and installing our awning. In the summer, our porch under the awning is our favorite room in the house. I have also had Nate do some gutter work for me, again, I am very pleased with it.

They are good communicators, prompt and clear. My awning needed to be replaced instead of repaired and their evaluation and reasons for their recommendation were sound. The new awning is a darn close to match to my old (old old old) other awnings and works so smoothly it's a joy! I expect to have them back as each old awning fails and needs to be replaced. If it weren't too expensive, I'd just have them replace them all in one project.
