I told them the issue was birds nesting on the arms of the awning. They proposed to either remove it, or replace it with a new one that the sales man emphatically warranted had a new design that would prevent birds. They removed it, the birds left. After about 3 weeks they installed the new one and within TWO DAYS the birds came back. I told the installers this would happen, but they strongly disagreed it would, politely of course. So now I have a new awning housing the old birds. Not worth the trouble. Bottom line, dont believe a salesman. The product appears to be a good one of good quality. Cant fault the manufacturer for the rest of this issue.

Awning slightly crooked, but he said it was suppose to slant in order for rain water to escape and not accumulate. He was professional and courteous. Would hire again.

I had an older awning which needed to be replaced. The price they offered for a motorized awning was excellent. It takes a few months for the awning to be manufactured because each one is made to your own measurements and color specifications. The installation was done professionally and everything works perfect.

Last year I had them install on my deck an entire screen porch including a roof awning and screens. They came back immediately to tighten up a few spots. They removed it for the winter, stored it and then beautifully reinstalled it this spring. I love the entire porch and their service.
