"They talk the talk but when push comes to shove they are awful. I had them do replacement windows. The windows that are visible from my driveway and sidewalk are excellent. The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. Never have I been more disappointed by crap customer service."

"I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."

"The door was installed. During the installation, the contractors broke the drywall around the frame and left it as is. In addition, the strike plate was off so the door wouldnt lock efficiently. It all seemed sloppy and rushed. They did come back and adjust the plate but claimed the holes in the drywall are just part of the door replacement and they would not address. They pointed me to the contract section that references wall paint may be scuffed during installation. I can expect that but I don't see how a respectable contractor walks away from a job leaving holes in the drywall due to their installation. Very sloppy."

He was very attentive to our schedule, and went out of his way to fit us in, and through the entire process was readily available and responsive both to cell phone and email. The work took five days, and after each day we received a call about how things went, and what would be done the next working day. This is a family business. Several of his employees are his own children. He takes great pride in the quality of the work that they do under difficult work conditions, squeezing up through narrow openings into cramped, dark attics with little headroom. Rob was very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about sharing his storehouse of knowledge about insulation. He educated us. He has been actively involved in developing standards in the insulation industry. Three months after the job was completed, when we emailed on the eve of solar panel installation to ask about whether the solar installers should know anything about the insulation, he responded immediately, and said that the solar installers should call him with any questions.
