Brett and his team did a great job overall. We had our roof replaced along with trim work that needed to be replaced due to rot and wear and tear, and updated gutters. We got multiple estimates from recommended contractors and Baron was in line with the others on prices. The best thing I can say about working with Brett and Baron, is the communication and responsiveness from Brett. He provided a great timeline, completed the work when expected, followed up with any questions and responded very quickly. He also pointed out additional things to be aware of before and during the job. He was always easy to get in touch with. Overall we are happy with the job that was done and would use Baron again in the future.

Brett was amazing. Very professional. Always communicated every step of the way. The staff he sent to do the roof worked hard and did a fabulous job. Would hire him for any further jobs we need.

I had a lot of water issues in my basement because I did not have gutters on my home when I reached out to Baron, they immediately set an appointment, and came by and walked the property with me, and made recommendations for water flow and aesthetics of the gutters. They scheduled me for the job, and came out when expected. Everything went great, they were reasonably priced, and very responsible and professional. would certinaly use them again.

The project was done in one day as promised. Contractors were here when promised, all very professional. They did a phenomenal job on the cleanup - can not tell that any work was done. Brett was just amazing for this entire project....communication was more than thorough and he and his crew were there and did what was promised and more. Brett even applied discount for Angie's List member. They were not the cheapest bid that I got but I am so happy with the work done here. Would highly recommend Brett and Baron for any general contracting need. A true pleasure to do business with and would hire them again in an instant.

Baron Home Improvement is fantastic to work with. Detailed estimate/contract with good discussion to be sure everything is being addressed as needed and all are on the same page. We were kept informed when work would likely, and did, begin. The carpenters, electrician, plasterer, painters were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They worked a hard day each day of the 2 1/2 week project. They left the work area cleaned up each afternoon. Of course, we needed to add/change some things along the way. Brett and his crew were accommodating and quick to adapt. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work. A completely satisfying experience. We will definitely use Baron Home Improvement again when we get to other home projects.

Brett and crew did an amazing job remodeling kitchen/dining room. Always kept us updated on what was going to happen next, crew was great. Finished job on time and coordinating carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters. So happy with the finished product. Definitely would use this contractor again.

Refurbished 30 year old 3 season porch. Work consisted of replacing sill due to wood rot, cleaning, sanding, staining and polyurethane all walls and ceiling. Job completed in a timely manner. Workers arrived on time, courteous, professional and hard working. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

We lost some roof shingles on a house we had just bought. Brett came out and replaced these right away and was very up front about costs and options. He was able to get the work done before another storm hit. We subsequently decided to replace the whole roof as it was leaking in other sections that Brett had not repaired. Again he was very responsive and detailed in his explanation of work that was done. His crew was on time, extremely professional and super clean. After the roof was completed I haven't found any nails or shingles in our yard. Brett also gave us quotes for other projects that we're considering and those prices seemed more than fair. I've never worked with a contractor that was reliable and responsive as Brett.

The job was done well. I am happy with Brett's communications, customer service and honesty. My roof and gutters look great. It wasn't the lowest bid I got, but I chose this company because I appreciated the explanations and discussions that took place about EXACTLY what would be done, what materials would be used, how long job would take, etc. So many times before when I have hired contractors the contract price doesn't reflect actual end price! Not this time! Would definitely hire again.

We were looking to have our roof replaced and contacted several roofers on Angie’s list to get some estimates . Baron Home Improvement responded promptly and came out to inspect our roof and give an estimate. After several estimates we decided to go with Baron and were not disappointed. In all phases of the process we were kept updated. The crew arrived on time and worked till the job was completed and cleaned up afterwards. There was a minor problem with a tear in a screen and we contacted Brett and it was immediately taken care of. We had Baron Home Improvement for another job to repair some windows replace sills. The carpenters were very professional and we were very happy with the results. We would recommend this company to our neighbors.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had working with Brett and his team. Brett gave me multiple options based on my needs and budget. The professionalism was outstanding. He sent pictures of the work throughout the day and called to explain any changes in the original work agreement as the job progressed. Brett has followed up since the job to ensure I was satisfied and even suggested I consider purchasing a roof rake for the winter months. I would undoubtedly hire Baron Home Improvement again; it was great working with an honest company!

The start of the projects was delayed somewhat due to the weather but Brett kept me updated and got the workers at the house as quickly as possible. The roof was redone first, including installing 6 new skylights. A roofer friend told me Baron was using the proper materials. Another contractor was going to use inferior material. The cedar shingles look great and Brett patiently helped me decide whether or not to res-shingle all of the house or just 3 sides. He also helped me decide which windows needed to be replaced with either new construction or replacement windows, including a very large casement picture window. The screen porch became more of a project than originally expected because the foundation turned out to be crumbling, so the guys had to pour concrete first and then rebuild the sides and screens of the porch. I wanted to keep a very wide view, so Brett found a screener who made special screens that can be removed for repair if necessary. The porch looks fantastic. Brett also worked with me around the windows. I found quality less expensive windows but it turned out they were not quite right, so Brett was able to get his window supplier to lower the price a bit if I chose them, which I did, and I'm very satisfied with the product and results. The carpenters were exceptionally skilled and meticulous and worked in the cold and bad weather to finish the projects. They were very pleasant as well. Brett was exceptional in his communication with me. We spoke several times a week and he texted me pictures of the progress on the jobs frequently. He arrowed out areas he wanted to bring to my attention, Brett's pricing is competitive. I secured 3 bids and some of his work was a little less, some a little more or the same. Brett knew I was anxious about the large sum of money necessary to spend on the house and gave me options to try to keep the pricing in line. In one instance, after installing the skylights, he advised I really didn't need interior trim work and reduced the estimated price. On the flip side, when I leaned towards cheaper products (like doors) he was able to help me see "penny wise and pound foolish." As I said, he was very patient with me, did a good job of moving me along in my decisions so the work could get done in a timely manner. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that and his always pleasant and respectful communication.

Brett and his team were a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Brett was willing to work with us to ensure that we could have the bathroom that we wished for at a price point that worked for us. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Baron Home Improvement, LLC. We plan to hire them again for future projects.

All of the guys on Brett's crew were extremely professional, and they did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. They were perfectionists, and they were very careful about cleaning up after themselves. The work was done so well that we regularly get compliments on how beautiful the house looks, sometimes from neighbors we'd never spoken with before, and sometimes from people who don't even know what the house looked like before the work was done. Brett's prices are higher than some other contractors' prices, but we've worked with some of those other contractors in the past, and we've regretted it. With Brett and his crew, you get the quality product and service you pay for. We'll definitely work with Brett and his crew again in the future, and we highly recommend them to anyone considering having this type of work done.

Great. Brett is most responsive and an outstanding communicator, telling me time frames and adjustments due to bad weather, sending me pictures as the work progressed and alerting me to any issues or in this case, issues not encountered but that might have needed repair, i.e. rotting plywood. The crew worked quickly and cleaned all debris. Brett was very patient with me, explaining what needed to be done and in his opinion, the best way to do it. He answered lots of questions, always polite and never made me feel like I was asking too many. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He gets the highest recommendation from me!

I would 100% recommend Baron Home Improvement LLC to anyone looking to have a new roof on their home. The entire team from start to finish was friendly and professional. The job was exactly on quote, everything was done on schedule, and the house and yard was left spotless after clean up. Everybody who came to the house was helpful and friendly. Best of all the roof looks fantastic couldn’t be happier. The gutters works wonderfully with all the rain this summer, didn’t have any issues. The crew who did the gutters were as friendly and professional as the roofer crew. Hiring Baron Home Improvment LLC to do both the jobs were the best decision I made. Brett was great to work because he is very communicative, reviewing details of the job, and very clear in explaining all options. I changed my mind on the style of shingles, and he went back and forth with me via text and calls, providing answers that led me to the best option for my house. He started the work on time, was here to oversee the work each day, and was very attentive to details of the job.

We had used Baron a few years ago to replace the shingles on the addition to our house, and we were very impressed with the job. Since we needed to replace the shingles on the main part of the house this summer, we went back to Baron again. As with the first experience, Brett's professionalism and communication were great. He advised me of a change the manufacturer had made to the version of shingle we'd used previously, and we discussed the options and his recommended best solution. Once we agreed upon the job, Brett was in regular contact around scheduling and next steps. His crew was able to get the job done in a single day, and they did a great job clearing all of the old shingles and the building materials by the end of the day. The roof looks great.

Have used Brett Sesnewicz of Baron Home Improvement before as he has become our go to contractor for most of our home improvement needs. He handled this bathroom project professionally and efficiently, finishing the project in approximately three weeks. We handled all demolition of the bathroom to save some money. All of the subcontractors Brett used were professional, prompt and very good at their jobs. Bathroom came out great, we are extremely happy and will continue to use Baron Home Improvement for our remodeling needs. Next year we will redo the upstairs bathroom and will definitely use Brett again based on how the downstairs bathroom came out. This was our first major room remodel and it went off with minimal stress.

It was great. They were punctual and did the roof of my house and the garage in one day.
