Baron Home Improvement did an excellent job for us and we would highly recommend. The crew were all professional, cleaned up after the work and finished the work timely. The carpentry work on our roof deck was excellent and far surpassed what was installed previously. All questions were answered promptly and communication before, during and after the work was great.

It was the best experience that I’ve ever had with a contractor. Brett and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as easy to talk to. I have recommended them to friends and will do so again.

I do research for a living, so I thoroughly vetted six roofing companies and got on-site estimates from four for a nearly 3000sq ft new roof (bids were 17K to 23K). Baron Home Improvements came in the middle price-wise, but my experience with Brett and his team made it worth it and not just going with the “bargain basement” contractors. Brett was incredible about communicating with me in advance of, during, and after the job. He explained everything, was upfront about how to cut costs when possible and also offered advice (without any pressure) on where I should not skimp. He was honest, knowledgeable, fair, and really cared about the job. Even after, when I had a question, he stopped by the next day to talk with me and added an extra bit of protection in an area I was (admittedly, probably overly) worried about. Roofing is an incredibly expensive undertaking, but Baron Home Improvement is fair and professional I would absolutely use them again for any type of work based on the level of trust and professionalism Brett exhibited.

Baron Home Improvement replaced my roof and basement windows in summer 2021. I received quotes from four companies. Baron was very competitive in terms of pricing and they were able to tackle both projects. The entire process from start to finish was perfect. Brett explained roofing options very clearly and took on a somewhat tricky window replacement situation without hesitation after consulting with his carpenters, David and David. Brett is a great communicator and provided regular updates about scheduling the work and delivery of materials, all of which happened without any hiccups. The roofing crew was efficient and worked together like a tactical team to finish the project in one day. A couple of weeks later, David and David replaced our old basement windows and rotten wood frames with new custom sized frames and hopper windows. They are also both terrific and really seem to care about the quality of work they provide. I recently had our gutters cleaned and the guy who did them commented on how well built the new roof is. Big thanks to Brett and Baron Home Improvement for a great job on both projects. Great company to deal with.

I did a lot of research and interviewing when I needed my roof replaced. I went with Brett because he took the time to explain the process, gave several options and price points, and made us feel comfortable. A bonus - he’s a really nice guy! The job itself went very smoothly. He has a great crew, who were very professional, personable, and cleaned up when the roof was done. And now I have the best looking roof on my street!

After a few awful experiences with contractors working on our home, meeting Brett was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we reached out, Brett was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. He quickly scheduled a time to visit our home, assess our issues with the attic/ventilation/roof and provided us with a thorough contract of services needed, along with clear explanations. Brett and his team did a fantastic job on the entire project. While Brett's price for the job was more expensive than the other companies we received quotes for, we would not change our decision for giving Baron Home Improvement the job. You truly get what you pay for and we can honestly say him and his team did an A+ job and we will be referring him to family and friends for years to come.

Brett’s evaluation for his estimate was thorough. He was the only company I got an estimate from that actually got up on ladder to look at the roof which helped identify the cause of a problem spot.

The entire process from initial quotes, planning, installation and clean-up went well. I found Brett, the owner, to be very professional and honest. He spent the extra time to explain the various options along with the pros and cons. His pricing was very reasonable. I felt when I chose Baron Home Improvement, it was likely I was going to be extremely satisfied. From the start as I was comparing other roofing companies, I felt very comfortable with Brett's approach of doing business. Brett did a more thorough job inspecting my roof and assessing my needs. From other reviews here on Angies List, I found them to be spot on. Brett and his crew work extremely hard without slowing down. He had a separate team to install my two new skylights. Because my new skylights are different dimensions, I expected some additional work to paint or plaster the interior. When the skylights were installed, they looked perfect. I was pleasantly surprised that no additional interior work would need to be performed. The carpenter was methodical in his approach, which did end up saving me time afterwards. As far as the roofing job, the dumpster arrived as Brett scheduled. The crew arrived the next day. They started promptly and worked tirelessly from start to finish, including the cleanup. There were essentially three roof sections (main house, addition and the garage). Brett checked in multiple times throughout the day. At the end of the day, I found few stains from the debris that I pointed out to Brett. He was so concerned about my satisfaction, he drove to the nearby hardware store and purchased a cleaning product. He made sure to clean those areas himself as his crew was wrapping up the project. Furthermore he helped me snap together a loose vinyl siding and offered to clean additional spots. I certainly appreciate Brett going the extra mile for his customers. Brett prides himself to stay in communication with his customers throughout the process. From this experience, I am sure to call him back for any future home improvement projects. I will also refer him to friends and family as well! I fell you cannot go wrong with hiring Baron Home Improvement.

Brett and his team were exceptional! From the first time we met to take a look at the job, Brett was highly knowledgeable about the work to be done and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. The big thing was that he wanted to take the time for me to know what I would potentially be spending my hard earned money on. I got a few estimates but I knew right away that we would be going with Baron. During the process, everything went very smoothly and quick and the finished product looked amazing! My wife was home during the process with my 16 month old while also being 8 months pregnant. All day Brett went out of his way to ask my wife if she needed anything, offered to move her car, whatever to make the experience easier for her and the situation she was in. All in all, I would highly recommend Baron Home Improvement for any home improvement needs you may have.

Brett and his team at Baron Home Improvement were consummate professionals from beginning to end. When I initially reached out to Brett for a quote, he was over my house that same weekend and provided me a detailed scope of work and even showed me the problem areas. I felt very comfortable with Baron Home Improvement and was happy to give them the business. Brett had me scheduled for the work less than a week after I sent in my deposit. Brett's had all the supplies and dumpster delivered the night before the work was scheduled to start and his team was on site early and ready to work the next morning. Over the course of the next 7 hours his team tore off the old plywood, replaced it, completely shingled the new roof, flashed and capped the vents and replaced all the rakeboards with PVC. They completely cleaned up every little scrap and nail around the house and left the yard as good as they found it. Brett was present the whole time and even took extra time to help me fix a hole in the ceiling that was caused by a venting pipe being removed. I couldn't have been happier with the final product, but it was the entire process that completely reassured me that Baron Home Improvement was the best company for the job. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone I know in need of home repair.

Used Angie's List as guidance to find a top-rated contractor. Baron was top-rated so I started there. Brett came and we discussed replacing the roof, gutters, trim and other items on my standard Colonial-style home. He presented options, pros and cons of materials, discussed workmanship, schedule and cost. I looked no further and selected Baron. When the weather was appropriate, the work was performed timely and efficiently. Brett provided updates throughout the process. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, professional and mindful of the customer. Would definitely hire again for this and other work. Thank you Brett!

We used Baron Home Improvement to replace a leaking roof. When we purchased our home it had a newer roof and we were surprised to find it leaking. We thought a repair would do it but after talking to Baron Home improvement (and one other company) we decided to replace the entire roof since it was installed wrong and it would be hard to find the leak. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Expectations were set and they delivered. A team of 5 guys showed up on time and got right to work. They worked hard and put in a 10 hour day to get the roof done in one day. I would hire them again. A little pricey but I think the cost comes with the South Shore location and their price was within 5 percent of the other roofing quote we received. At the end of the day, I trusted Baron Home to do it right and am confident if there are any issues they will be right out to fix it. There is a high level of care and thoughtfulness that goes into their work from their material selection to marking sure the homeowner is happy.

Baron Home Improvement: wonderful customer service, and great results! My older home, here on the South Shore of MA, needed the replacement of the attached roofs of my main house, porch, and two car garage. At the same time, I also had new gutters, new fascia boards, new flashing, and new, adjacent cheek wall siding installed. I went to several different sources to research contractors: friends, family members, and online options, including Angie’s List. Of the contractors I had come by for a quote, I felt a genuine ease of connection and communication with Brett Sesnewicz, of Baron Home Improvement. He listened carefully about my vision for the house, one that ultimately includes new siding and windows next spring and summer, after some additional decisions are made about the specific type(s) of those materials. I've always believed that a big part of the ultimate success of a finished project relies on using the best materials you can find for that particular job site. To his credit, Brett was always willing to discuss different options with different costs. His quotes for different aspects of the job were in line with the prices of other contractors. However, I was willing to pay a bit more for the quality of the materials that I selected. A smart client comes to a pro having already done their homework, and with thoughtful questions. Brett answered all of mine, and always with patience and professionalism. From his very first return phone call to me, to the timely text updates about materials and scheduling, Brett is the best communicator of any contractor that I’ve ever hired. And that’s saying something! Baron Home Improvement has team players that are true pros in their respective areas of expertise…from roofing, to gutter installation, to carpentry. They are highly skilled professionals. I couldn’t be happier with all the work that was done, and I look forward to working with Brett and his team for the continued restoration and remodeling of my home!

Once again, Baron Home Improvement did an outstanding job. This is the fourth time we have used them, and wouldn't hire anyone else. Brett and his crew are professional, honest, and do quality work. We had windows and a slider replaced this past July and the job was completed on time, for the exact amount of the quote, and everything was cleaned up and debris removed. On a past job, there was an issue with one of the windows, and Brett was there the next day and corrected it. He stands by his work, no matter what!

We initially got three or four quotes for a new roof and bay window installation. From the beginning of the process, Brett at Baron Home Improvement stood out in terms of his professionalism and responsiveness. He was able to respond to questions within hours if not immediately. After we had hired Brett he continued to be in contact regarding our bay window order and the start of work date. Once work began it was completed quickly and professionally. He was on site regularly and able to answer questions immediately. We ended up paying exactly the quoted amount for both the roof and window. We have been extremely happy with the work and would hire Baron Home Improvement without hesitation 25,for any major work or renovations.

I had a leak on my was roof from a previous with another contractor and i had water coming to my attic and Baron took care of it. Working Brett was great from start of the project to finish. He was very responsive, he explained the whole process from start to finish, kept me informed when the roofer would arrive and reached out after the work was done to make sure i was satisfied. I will definitely hire him again for other projects

Awesome. Not only did Brett come through with a beautiful, superb quality new roof (on time last year with a guarantee), he also came over for an unrelated problem I had with my gutter today and a drain in my attic. He was more than generous with his time and helped me fix the problem without question. I would not use anyone else. He is one of a kind in his integrity and professionalism. The roof was damaged during a 2018 winter storm. Brett sent a crew over the next day to prevent further damage. Brett replaced the shingles promptly. His crew was on time, hardworking and did a great job cleaning up
