Brett and his team did an excellent job. Showed up on time and immediately got to work. All of my questions throughout the process were answered and phone calls returned almost immediately. Got references for other jobs right away and saw that he stands by his work. Prices were in line with other quotes, but it was the responsiveness and customer service that got them the edge. The roof looks amazing. I highly recommend them and will be doing future home improvements through them as well.

We needed a new roof, with the help of Angie's list .we spoke to many contractors. We chose Brett of Baron Home Improvements,. We chose Brett for he is knowledgeable and professional. Spending the time with us teaching us of all options, listening to us about our future plans for our home.Brett was not like others we spoke with, whom seem to just want to the quick job of replacing the roof. Brett took his time with us presented all the options. With Brett's expert suggestions, we were able to make an informed decision. We chose to not only replace the roof but do it so our future home improvement plans would save us time give us quality.When it came time to replace windows and doors. We again spoke with other contractors. None could hold a candle to Brett's integrity, knowledge and professionalism. We had specific vision for what we wanted. Brett did the research and found us what we wanted. They are GORGEOUS! From there we did siding on 3 sides of our home and replaced cedar on our dormers. Because we went with the suggestion Brett made when putting on our roof it all went together like a puzzle. Our home looks AMAZING !The staff that works for BHI was meticulous. Working on our home as if was there own. BHI is professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. Going out of his way to find us what we wanted and make us happy. Dumpster, shingles and all supplies showed up Monday afternoon as promised. Showed up promptly Tuesday morning to commence work. Due to inclement weather did only the house on Tuesday. Rain all day Wednesday. Came back Thursday to completed roof on garage and install bath vent. Cleaned up and removed dumpster by Thursday night. Came back Friday morning to complete cleanup in daylight. Walked around house with my wife to verify cleanup. Despite a day of rain on Wednesday, which made a mess of the driveway, it was all swept and cleaned up by Thursday night. On Saturday during the day I was able to see the roof and trim and I am very happy with the results.

It went great. I got estimates from five companies. After interviews and reference checks, determined that Brett Sesnewicz would be the best for me to go forward with. Everything was done in one day as Brett said it would. Saw that someone had forgotten to hook up a vent, contacted Brett, and he immediately came over to fix. Roof replacement cost $7K. the other $3k covered the plywood and rake board replacement.

My chimney was struck directly by lightning. It shattered into large chunks which pierced the roof in several places. They replaced that whole side of the roof.

The crew was clean, neat and very pleasant. The work was quick, priced competively and most important of all GREAT JOB.

I had 3 estimates done. One guy went on the roof asked me a couple of questions and then e-mailed me a quote of over 10 grand. The next guy gave went on the roof told me what need to be done, answered my questions and gave me a quote of about 7,000. I went with Brett because sat down with me showed me pictures of my roof after going up and looking at and showed me the work that need to be done. He was very professional with his presentation and helped me to understand what work needed to be done. I told him I was going on vacation and would be back on the 15th. He called me on the 16th and two days later his crew showed up at 7am and started the work. He came at about 3pm talked to me and then came back when the work was finished. It was done and cleaned up in one day. His crew was great and he followed up with me a couple of weeks later to see how I like the work. I would recommend him. A professional who cares about his customers.

It was very good. Everything was perfect. I called him about water leaking and they came very quickly but it wasn't any of the work that they did. The price is high but you get what you pay for.

Brett was as professional as it gets. I was very impressed with the presentation. He was very prompt on every scheduled meeting. I could not be happier with the results of his guys. Rain delayed the job but they banged it out on a Saturday morning between showers!!! My roof looks great, and my garage no longer leaks. I would recommend this company 110%. Brett Sesnewicz owner of Baron Home Improvements is very knowledgeable and honest. He came to give us an estimate for shingling our roof. He went on the roof to check it (we did have a leak) and repaired a few holes at no charge. He discussed the age and condition and how much longer we could hold off before replacing the shingles. We did get other estimates and his was in the same ball park. However he was the only one who said it would be done in a day and checked the roof out. The materials and dumpster came the day before Brett and the roofers as he stated.. Unfortunately we needed to replace the plywood on the main house because of mold. Brett showed us the problem, gave us the cost, and it was our decision to replace. Very glad he made us aware of the mold as we last checked our attic many years ago. He also made sure we had proper ventilation and fixed where needed. To make a long story short. Brett went immediately and got the plywood. The job was done in one day!! They worked from 7AM to 6PM. Everything was cleaned up and the dumpster was picked up the next morning. Brett also replaced our gutters the following week. We did have one small issue and he responded quickly and took care of it. We are extremely pleased with the work and response to all our questions. We would hire him again and highly recommend Baron Home Improvements.

Brett was fantastic, personable, on-time and knowledgable. He had the honesty and integrity when giving me an estimate to tell me about work that did not need to be done. We were very impressed and look forward to giving and referring him business in the future.

I got a number of quotes on this project and went with Baron based mostly on Brett's professionalism. His quote was very competitive and he made recommendations but wasn't pushy about add-ons. We originally discussed the project in the fall but he kept in touch and started + finished the project exactly when he said he would. I will absolutely use Baron for future projects - it's very difficult to find contractors that understand the importance of customer service and communication.

From beginning to end job could not have gone smoother. Based on our experience with Brett replacing our roof we decided to go ahead and install new kitchen countertops and new backsplash rather then wait as originally planned. Brett was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. All, and I stress All of the people that he used to complete this project were professional, helpful, and responsive, from the Granite company, to the cutter, to the installers, to the tile company, to the tile installer, ALL were a delight to deal with and made the project very smooth running. The final product was stunning! We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend Baron Home Improvement to anyone looking to do any home improvement projects! Brett has become our home improvement guy. We have other projects in mind that he will help us with in the next two years.

This company was exceptionally flexible, communicated frequently and clearly, and performed the repair perfectly. Even though this was a tiny job, they treated it with urgency and did not try to upsell other services.

The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Throughout the project I was impressed with Brett's commitment to generating a top notch quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done (because of hidden problems that we're not apparent until work on the house had started) Brett took care of it without charging me extra. He kept me closely informed of work crew schedules and project completion dates. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. Brett's commitment to homeowner satisfaction was evident in his actions. I am very pleased with the final product and I am extremely impressed with his work as a general contractor. In a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are too common, Brett is indeed a rare find. I plan on using Brett again for all future projects and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and neighbors.

Brett arrived on time each time and called the day before to let me know when his team would be arriving. They left no mess at all. He spent some time describing the different types of roofing materials s I could make a good decision. I would definitely hire this company again.

Brett, the owner came to estimate the job, friendly, caring, went on the roof himself, contact by phone frequent, easy to reach, showed up as planned and clean up was 100%.

Excellent work, seamless gutter replaced like new and even reposition all the leave guards back without us even asking. Would certainly call them again for future needs.

The roof needed repair as there was a hole. The chimneys also needed to be rebuilt. He found a person to rebuild the chimneys at a reasonable cost and even got mason to charge less when we showed other quotes. On the next dry day, his team came out to fix the hole and replace the roof. It was done quickly and looks great. He does spend time talking about why you need a new roof on your property but, in the end, does not press in a high pressure way.

I couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional person than Brett. He squeezed us in to look at a problem with our roof. He quickly determined what was needed in the short-term since we can't replace the roof right now and did those immediate repairs then and there. He will be our first call in the spring when we start up our major home projects again!!

THEY RE-PLACED A LARGE SECTION OF THE ROOF AND GUTTERS. THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE SEVERAL SECTIONS OF PLYWOOD AS SOME OF THE CHIMNEY PARTS BROKE THROUGH. THEY WERE DONE IN ABOUT 6 HOURS. THEY TOOK ALL THE DEBRIS AWAY. THEY LEFT THE YARD NEAT & CLEAN!

It went great. Brett, the owner of Baron Home Improvement, is the most professional contractor I've ever worked with. He's responsive, courteous, punctual, and his crew does a quality job with careful attention to detail -- all the things you want in a contractor. His price may be a little higher, but well worth it. I know the job was done properly and that he stands behind it.

I wish all contractors work like Brett! He ask how I would like the job done! We have a driveway that slopes into are garage and we wanted the water directed away from that area. Brett and his guys listen and set up a system that works perfect. He told me he was not going to be happy with the job until we were. He really stands behind his word!! I noticed a minor thing, something he did not even do. And he came right back over and fixed it to keep us happy customers. Guys like Brett are why I join Angie's List.

His attitude was pleasant, and he said he was sorry, but he was not helpful in solving the issue. I did contact Angie's list and receive a refund.
