Description of Work: I called RP McLaughlin after hours on a Tuesday evening when I discovered that I had a pipe burst in two places en route to the washing machine. I got the answering service and figured I'd get a call back the next day (which was totally fine as the water was turned off in the meantime). The office called me at about 6:30 the next morning and was able to schedule a plumber to come out later than morning. Plumber arrived around 11 AM and fixed the pipes before noon. Responsiveness was awesome--especially given the volume of burst pipes that they were dealing with at the time. I found the price equally reasonable---$150 to replace a section of pipe and two laundry shutoff valves.

Description of Work: He replaced bathroom sinks faucets and reseated the toilet in the upstair bathroom. I have not received a bill. The plumber was professional and left the bathroom clean and free of plumbing supplies.

Description of Work: Toilet would not stop running. They replaced flapper. Same day service, even though I had never called them before.Very pleasant and helpful secretary and serviceman. I found the bill a little high, but I have not used a plumber in years and had not asked for an estimate. I was more anxious to get my toilet fixed than worrying about price. I would absolutely call them again and would recommend the company.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for an a/c service. They were very good customer service. They looked at the a/c and serviced it to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They replaced the shut off valve that provides hot and cold water to the washing machine. The valve in the wall of the laundry room was broken in the on position. They were very quick & thorough. Did the job on the day I called. Took about 45 minutes. The plumber was great. Courteous & professional.

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked our gas heater, replaced the thermocouple. Answered some questions about toe kick heaters and checked one. They were prompt and professional. They are on the higher end of cost.
