I called to make an appointment and the person I spoke with was friendly. They took my information and told me that someone would call me back. They called back soon to set up a time to come by and look at the washing machine. I thought they were very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. The guy who did the work also answered some of my questions about a clog in my bathtub and then showed me how to unclog it (free of charge) so that I could do it myself next time.

The person I dealt with on the phone asking questions and making the appointment was very helpful and responsive, as was the plumber who came and did the work. There was a mix-up regarding the appointment time, and the plumber made an extra effort to re-work his schedule and be there at a time that worked for me. The work was done well, and he left everything clean. The bill seemed high, but I don't know if my expectations where out of whack or their rates are out of whack. Overall, I found a plumber I can trust to work with me on scheduling and to do a solid job.

I suddenly lost hot water and called the company. They came right away and realized the I just needed to relight the pilot (I should have realized that myself...) and didn't charge me. I asked him to check my boiler, as I also didn't have heat the previous winter (but hadn't gotten around to fixing it). He changed a copper wire that allows the fire to stay lit in my boiler. I have no complaints. He was professional, pleasant to work with and speedy.

On Saturday, I was in the basement doing laundry and noticed water dripping from the ceiling while my husband was taking a shower. This morning (Monday), I checked Angie's List and called this company on the basis of its many good reports. The person who answered was very polite and said that he could probably have someone out here today and that he'd call me later. He did call back, around noon, to tell me that a plumber was available and would be here in a half hour or so. Jeff Desir is the plumber who came. He determined that the leak came from the corner where the two shower walls met -- they needed regrouting and the tub needed recaulking. He recaulked both along the bathtub and along the shower wall (and did a really nice job), and told me that the caulk along the wall might take care of the leak, but still recommended regroating. He also fixed our broken shower handle, thereby freeing us up from using pliers every morning to turn the shower on. Jeff was very courteous and professional, and he did a real nice job.

They were courteous, thorough and I was very pleased with there work. They also kept me involved with the whole process by calling me about the parts ordered.

Jeff Desir, the WONDERFUL Jeff Desir, was prompt, calm, professional, efficient and miraculously single handedly fixed this mess. He removed the cabinet/lazy susan , and figured out pretty quickly which pipe had the clog. After snaking it, he repiped the section of piping behind the cabinet, resealed the pipe under the sink, and then put the cabinet, molding, and everything else back together. When Jeff called to tell me the job was done, he said he put everything back together, I was a tiny bit skeptical. When I left (and by the way, I didn't hesitate to leave while he did the work) the place was pretty goopy and messy and the cabinets were no longer cabinets. Well he did put everything back together. I got home from work that night, and I swear, I thought he washed the floor. The place was immaculate, you would never have known what a mess there was several hours earlier. The lazy susan even worked more smoothly than before. This was a top notch professional job from start to finish.

I had used this company in the past and was happy with them. I called the main number last Tuesday afternoon and spoke with someone right away. I was able to get a late (3pm) appointment for the same week (Friday) which worked out well with my work schedule. Jeff arrived basically on time and got to work right away. He was polite and courteous, explained everything he was doing, and worked quickly and efficiently. The entire job was done within one hour. I was very pleased with the service and workmanship.

I have used this company several times for various small plumbing problems. They have always come quickly, do a great job and charge reasonable prices. Their price is always lower than what I was expecting. They are also always courteous, return calls right away and have never have left a mess in my house. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

He was very accommodating. My only concern was the valve plate he installed. It was little large and it did get bent a little but it probably had to be, in order to install it the right way (since my shower wall is curved). I was concerned that it may start leaking. He was responsive to my concerns and told me he was very confident that it wouldn't and that if we did encounter a problem he would deal with it right away. He was willing to take care of the matter. A lot of these projects by nature are a little difficult so I would use him again.

I called the company and left a message describing my plumbing problem. They called me back within 2 hours, set up an appointment for 8am the next morning, and apologized for not having an appointment available that day. Josh arrived on time and quickly started his work. He was informative and polite. Instead of just advising us to do a simple task he took the time and did it himself. He cleaned up after himself. The company charges by the hour. However, they did not waste our time/ money. They did what was asked of them and didn t find other problems in the house.

They came the day after I called. Fixed the toilet which had bolts missing and was not secured down. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. They've done work for me before and were friendly and cordial. The work was done fast and very reasonably priced.

I left a msg on their machine initially, and didn't hear back. When I called and got a person, I got an immediate call back from the plumber, who came out within a couple of days to look at the job. They charge 85 an hour. The following morning a different guy came to do the work. Both were professional and seemed competent. I left the second guy in my house alone to run out to a major home improvement store for a different sprayer, and felt comfortable doing that. The work was completed just fine, no problem. The only thing was I didn't get an estimate beforehand, and I had to ask to get the bill itemized, so the charges weren't completely clear initially.

My husband is very happy with the work.

I called in the morning and the job was done less than six hours later. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and promised the work could be done that afternoon, and it was. Josh, the person who did the work, was very courteous and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. My house is more than 100 years old and some of the plumbing is not of an everyday sort. I definitely recommend this company.

Very professional and happy to do such a small job. He called to let me know he was on his way, worked quickly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely call them again!

He is great, responsive and does great work. I've used him for about three yrs, and he's less expensive than the last plumber I had.

They were very polite when I called. The plumber that came was very nice, close to on time and very neat.

OUR PROBLEM HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY, WE CALLED AROUND 11AM, AND GUS FROM R.P. MCLAUGHLIN MADE IT TO OUR HOUSE AFTER SEVERAL OTHER CALLS THAT DAY AROUND 4PM. GUS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND TESTED THE SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING. I ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS WHILE HE WAS WORKING AND HE GAVE ME EASY TO UNDERSTAND ANSWERS. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I WAS GIVEN ANY HARD SELL TO REPLACE OUR FURNACE, WHICH, WHILE OLD, FUNCTIONS JUST FINE FOR NOW.

IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY FROM START TO FINISH. I RECEIVED A FRIENDLY CALL BACK PROMPTLY. THE PLUMBER, JEFF, WAS ON TIME AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK TOP NOTCH. HE WAS SKILLED, NEAT, AND A NICE PERSON.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS RAVED ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE COURTEOUS, THEY CALL BACK QUICKLY, THEY ARE ON TIME, AND I THINK THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THOUGH, THEY DO GREAT WORK! JEFF AND GUS WERE THE PROVIDERS.
