Description of Work: My toilet was leaking. The serviceman replaced a part inside the tank and the problem was fixed. The response was fast, as well as the service performed. Very professional! I will be using them again, if I have any other problems.

Description of Work: my backflow preventor for the out side irrigation system blew out because i did not turn off the outside valve. i had not used the irrigation system this past year since it old and needs to be replaced, but i use the outside valve to irrigate the lawn manually, but forgot to turn it off for the winter. Tyler came over and figured things out quickly, drained the rest of the water in the pipe so i would not have any freezing and told me to call in the spring to replace the backflow preventor. very happy with the service.

Description of Work: On time, courteous, attentive to problem very professional. The drain was clogged with part of a shop towel and a large lump of hair. It was a real difficult job to remove the mess, however it was done. We thought the price was reasonable, and we are using them again. This will be the third trip to our 5 family rentals. We're interested in keeping the costs down, so they made some recommendations of what we could do first on our own before they begin (finding out where certain plumbing pipes are located). They gave us several different scenarios of how we could accomplish what we were looking for and letting us know what the approximate costs would be. We will definitely be hiring this company to do the actual work as soon as we are ready.

Description of Work: NEEDED TO REPAIR A JAMMED KITCHEN DISPOSAL. MCLAUGHLIN RETURNED MY CALL SAME DAY AND CAME THE FOLLOWING DAY. COMPARED TO OTHER PLUMBERS I CALLED, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THOUGH IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB, THEY DID GOOD WORK AT REASONABLE PRICE.
