We absolutely love the transformation of our kitchen and bathroom thanks to the work of Matt and Manny (of Kitchen Tuneup/Peabody) with their attention to detail and their professionalism. Not only are they skilled at what they do, they are also easy-going, personable, and accomodating, which makes working with them and having them in your house a pleasant and smooth experience. We had gotten three estimates for kitchen cabinet refacing, and theirs was mid-range in price. We were immediately impressed with Matt, who spent a considerable amount of time with us listening to our needs, answering our questions, showing us sample doors, and taking initial measurements. He was very patient,helpful with suggestions, and we felt comfortable working with him. The fact that he and his father would be the ones doing the work and he was not just a salesperson was important to us as we wanted to be communicating directly with the person doing the job from the outset. And Matt was excellent at communication -- promptly sending us an estimate and also promptly answering additional questions through e-mails and following through with scheduling measurement of our countertops and then touching base as the date for installation approached. We always felt we could call or e-mail him and he would be responsive. Matt gave us a page filled with references; picking three at random I found all three were extremely happy with the work that Matt and Manny did as well as their experience with working with these two men. Matt and Manny were in our house for 5 days, arriving promptly each morning, working continuously, and leaving work areas clean and clutter-free each day before leaving. The work we had done was kitchen cabinet refacing, with new doors and drawer fronts as well as some new soft-close drawers. They installed a trash/recycling drawer and an over-the-range microwave. They also did a "tune-up" on the cabinets in our master bathroom, making the 25 year/old cabinetry look much cleaner and newer. They coordinated measurement and installation of a new kitchen countertop and bathroom counter in Cambria quartz. The supplier they used for the counters was efficient and precise and we are very happy with their work as well. We feel lucky to have found Matt and Manny to do this work for us, and would highly recommend them.

Matt and Manny of Kitchen Tune-Up of Peabody were extremely helpful and professional. They brought samples to our home and were very patient as we considered our alternatives. We ultimately decided to reface the existing cabinets and replace the counter tops with granite while also adding a glass tile back slash. The only thing I can say about these professionals is exactly that, they are professional, courteous, and timely individuals. They do exactly what was agreed to although my many changes and they left my house clean and livable every night for the week they were at my house. I would recommend Matt and Manny for any size kitchen project you may have. A++ in my book.
