Amazing results. After having new counters and floors installed, I hired Kitchen Tune up to bring new life back to my warn cabinets. after 1-1/2 days, they transformed them to looking brand new. The attention to detail was awesome. I would highly recommend this team!!

It went perfectly. Matt, his father Manny and cousin Johnny were really superb. I believe Matt had to re-quote the job 3 times and each time made an extended visit to the house. The quote was provided in December 2016, we were told the project would start in 2-3 months. They started Feb 27. The work went very quickly and in 2 1/2 weeks their part of the job was done. They cleaned up every day. We really could not of asked for a better contractor. When asked they agreed to doing some painting that was not in the initial quote for a very reasonable price. The 2 sub-contractors they used (plumbing and electrical) were equally pleasant and fairly priced. Unlike many contractors, we were not charged a surcharge on the subs or any materials. I should say that all 3 were excellent craftsmen. This is the 3rd house I have owned in MA, major renovations were done on all 3. These guys were by far the best I have worked with it. I can recommend them without reservation. The cost of the job quoted below includes all materials and contracting costs.

It was a very satisfying experience! My desires and needs were fully met and even exceeded. From the initial consultation through completion of the project Matt was always responsive to my phone calls and emails. Matt and his co-workers (all family members of Matt) were knowledgeable, professional and very nice! They were always there when they said they would be and cleaned up the place after each day's work. The entire project took exactly as long as they said it would. I'm a fussy person and am extremely pleased with the finished project. As my daughter stated, "This looks so great! Why would anyone spend the money on all new cabinets?" It was our lucky day when I met Mathew and Manuel Silva. After considering various options to update our kitchen and 3 1/2 bathrooms, along came Kitchen Tuneup of Peabody. From the moment Mathew stepped foot in my house, I knew he was the contractor I had been searching for to complete our tasks. He arrived with beautiful samples of what could be, and his IPad photo gallery of their workmanship was amazing. With our ideas and thoughts, and his knowledge and expertise, we came up with a comprehensive, affordable plan. In 4 1/2 days, the kitchen was complete! The transformation ... incredible. The three bathrooms took 3 1/2 days to complete, and again, the workmanship is beyond reproach. At the end of each day, all drop cloths, etc., were removed, floors vacuumed and counters wiped clean. Our house was livable throughout the renovations. It was truly a wonderful experience, free of stress and concern. I recommend this team very highly, and look forward to working with the again in the future. A five star review isn't enough for Kitchen Tuneup of Peabody.

I would definitely recommend the services of the Kitchen Tune-Up Peabody team. After getting a few quotes, I initially chose them over cheaper competitors because of their attention to detail when explaining the work that would be done and a willingness to answer any and all questions. From the start of the job, the team was friendly and kept me updated on the progress. The finished product looks seamless. Even went out of their way to paint some wood trim around my counter so that the color would match the cabinets perfectly. I am so happy with the results!

I couldn't be happier! If you are thinking of calling Kitchen Tune Up, call them!, you will be so glad you did!! They are punctual, professional, great guys, they do amazing work! They arrive when they say they will, they were done on time, a little earlier actually! They keep everything clean and their work is meticulous! They refaced my cabinets, corrected any that needed to be.. They installed pull out drawers in some. They cut down cabinets to install microwave and accommodate space changes. It looks magnificent! I have an indoor cat, which I asked the doors be kept shut, they were so good about this, I so appreciated that as well! I knew I did not have to worry as much as I usually do when people are working. My kitchen looks so great! Love the counters and the tile looks perfect! The detail and workmanship is outstanding! I can't thank them enough, was exactly as I wanted it!, and how I pictured it! Call Matt, Nelson and Manny... You will be very pleased with them! I know I am!!

It was a wonderful experience. Matthew was extremely professional and punctual throughout the entire process, from the day of the estimate through the end of the job. Always showed up exactly when he said he would and responded to emails very promptly. The job started on the day they said it would started, and it was completed when they had estimated it to be completed. And the kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. We are so pleased. We would recommend Matthew and Manny and Kitchen Tune-Up to anyone who is looking to have their kitchen redone. Excellent work and superb service.

Kitchen Tune-Up upgraded my kitchen last winter and it was a great experience! Matthew and Manny are very thorough, timely, and their work is quality. I have a third floor condo in an old house in Salem. Not the easiest unit to get in and out of, but they made it work. I am very pleased with the end result!

We used Kitchen Tune Ups to do over the kitchen of our new house. Matt and Manny were fantastic to work with-on time, h...onest, and quality work. We loved working with them and loved the results of our new kitchen! They gave us advice about our island height and came back to make the adjustment s once we took their advice ;) and they were right on. Their expertise is clear and their work is beautiful! We recommend them fully!

We could not have asked for a more satisfying experience. We received a guaranteed estimate as well as guaranteed work. They arrived on time daily. When I had questions, I would email and always got a prompt reply. We have a dog and they dealt with her very nicely. At the end of every day they would clean up. Although we were in the middle of work zone, in no way was our routine disrupted. I found Matt and his dad to be very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to all. If you are looking for a cost effective way to redo your kitchen, this company is the way to go. Note: The reason for the "B" on cost is that we did not look into any other company. We were very satisfied as soon as we met with Matt. On a personal level, we were very satisfied with the cost.

We started talking with Matt last year about what Kitchen Tune-up could do to update our outdated kitchen. We had already talked with a number of contractors and quickly realized we needed an alternative to gutting our kitchen. Matt was really helpful talking about the option of replacing our cabinet doors rather than replacing all of the cabinet and boxes. We decided to go with Kitchen Tune-up of Peabody in the spring and are so happy that we did. Matt and his dad and brother were extremely professional throughout the process, letting us know what to expect, and always happy to answer my many questions. In addition to the new cabinet doors, they removed the existing countertops and coordinated the installation with a countertop company. They also removed the backsplash and did a fantastic job installing our new tile. We also wanted to make a few additional changes to the kitchen requiring some construction, which Matt and Manny did as well so we didn't have to use someone different. We love the final kitchen - even though the main layout didn't change, the kitchen looks completely different and is exactly what we wanted! We would highly recommend them - it was a pleasure to work with the team - great job!

Matthew Silva and his father, Manny Silva, made the process easy for us and a pleasure. They are professionals and perfectionists! We couldn't be happier with the results. Such a huge impact on the transformation of our kitchen. We are more than happy with the results! The continuous measuring, checking and rechecking to be sure everything was level amazed us. The company they used for the quartz countertops is Boston Fabrication. We 'thought' we wouldn't need the soap dispenser installed on the countertop next to the faucet. However, later realized that we need it. Not for dish liquid (as we prefer to squirt dish liquid directly into pans in the sink, etc.) but for hand soap. Looks much nicer to have the soap dispenser installed versus a container with hand soap sitting on the counter. Felt the price was a bit high for the countertops and even though Boston Fabrication will be back in our area, the charge for the installation of the soap dispenser is more than we expected. The Quartz Countertops look great. Much care was taken regarding the installation! Again, the work that Matt and Manny completed (Kitchen Tune-ups) is EXCEPTIONAL! They're honest, personable people and a pleasure to work with. It's wonderful to walk into our kitchen and see such a dramatic change! I'm very 'fussy' when it comes to workmanship, and after a full examination, everything looks BETTER than I expected! After we pick out our New Hardware, Manny will come back AT NO EXTRA CHARGE and install them! We intend to hire them again to complete more work in our kitchen!! We would HIGHLY recommend them to our friends!

I could not have imagined better quality work at any price. I have spent months trying to find someone who could preserve my wooden cabinets and bring them up to snuff with the rest of a kitchen remodel. I stumbled upon this company online. Their advertising is pretty much word of mouth and reviews. As the project progressed Matt helped me make some decisions by giving professional advice that made a lot of sense. He was always willing to send pictures as examples and discuss better ways to accomplish what I was looking to do. Matt works with his Dad and they always arrived as scheduled and worked the entire day leaving my kitchen totally picked up and clean when they left. There were a couple of glitches along the way that I asked them to fix and, after discussing exactly what I was looking for, they made the changes. Matt even suggested cleaning products that I should use to help keep stone and wood looking good. There was not one negative ...these guys do a terrific job for a very competitive price....they have the know how and ability to do all sorts of kitchen remodeling projects. They are smart, professional, and really nice people too!

Excellent work and excellent service. Above and beyond in all respects. Our cabinets were in extremely rough shape after decades of use. They now look brand new.

The granite installation was sub-contracted out to another service provider. Kitchen-Tune-up coordinated the entire job and took care of the removal and disposal of the old existing counter-tops. They were professional, on-time and responsive the entire time, start to finish. They patiently answered repeated questions and concerns and I thought did a fantastic job.

Everything went as scheduled . They were very neat, organized, and professional. Great in every way!!

My kitchen cabinets had 20+ years of wear and tear. I considered having them completely replaced or refinished but the expense and inconvenience kept holding me back, the kitchen cabinet restoration was the perfect compromise. They really do look as good as they did when we first moved into this old house and Matthew was done in one day. I am thrilled with the results.

What a marvelous experience, prompt, courteous no surprises in pricing. We recently downsized from a 100 yr old home with a marvelous kitchen to a townhouse with a wreck of a small kitchen. The oak cabinets were poorly painted and were ebony black. Several painters wouldn't touch the project, replacement of the cabinets involved time, permits, permissions and headaches. Although the kitchen was small, I was unwilling to submit to less than par appearance. In three days, the black mess is now a beautiful spice, maple absolutely fabulous. Relatively minimal inconvenience, no clean up! Counters that are stunning. Would use this service again and again!

It was one of the best experiences I have had in hiring anyone. They were professional, the price could not be beat, they did not have hidden costs, they were on time and stayed committed to the project from the beginning to end. I do not think there is anything negative I could say. Their work went above and beyond my expectations!

We knew that we had made the right decision using Matt and Manny again. I had used them before in my previous home and was very satisfied. When i called them for again I received the same professionalism as the first time. Matt arrived on time for our appointment ready with samples they we had discussed prior to appointment and some other suggestions which he felt that i would like. He kept me informed on the turn around time frame for the doors, which i was surprise due to all the custom sizes. Matt a few weeks later called me and said that they would like to schedule the install for a specific date, which they did. The install took the whole day and the kitchen looked brand new when they were finished.
