Excellent, each and every time.I have a long and excellent history with Collegiate Window Systems. Mr. Coleman and his Company have done replacement window work for us at our plant in Rhode Island as well as at my home and that of my relatives. Since I come from a big family, we rely heavily on networking, particularly when it come to contractors. Accordingly, Mr. Coleman has done work for both of my sisters and their relatives and two of my brothers and their relatives. Each and every time he met his obligations on time and on budget. Collegiate runs a terrific crew, known for great work, cleanup, and politeness. I would certainly recommend them and feel quite comfortable on either residential or commercial property.

Their service was excellent, outstanding. They were extremely professional, from the salesmen to the workmen. The work was done on time and without any confusion. They showed up on time, when they said they would. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend any of my friends to buy from them. They took the curtains down and put them back up; they removed the molding, and I didn't even have to repaint afterwards.

GREAT! I had waited to replace my sliding doors because I didn't think it would make a difference. I was completely wrong! The new slider makes my back deck look brand new! I was used to having to force the door but when the new door was installed, I was amazed at how easily the door glides. I also had concerns over buying a product and getting a poor installation job, but Collegiate provided a reliable, professional, and courteous installation team. I left for work with the old slider and when I returned the new door was there with absolutely to sign of the install, no pieces of wood, sawdust, trash, or anything was left behind. Working with Phil at Collegiate Windows was such a smooth and positive experience that I asked Phil to stop by my parent house (an hour away) and help them with their window needs. Phil was able to help my parents save big after they had a new set of windows installed, and even transformed their living room with an amazing bay window Phil had available. It is like a new room with that bay window, and my parents have been delighted ever since! I can honestly state that after my experiences with the window home improvements in my home and my parents, that you cannot go wrong doing business with Collegiate Windows. In the year since Collegiate has installed our windows, Phil has stayed in touch and stopped by my parents house too a few times to make sure we are still happy. Doing business with Collegiate / Phil is like having a trusted family member doing the work for you. Phil and his installation crew were so good to my parents too. I cannot understate how important is was for me to have good honest people working around parents, they do not need any bullsh#@ and there was none. I wish Collegiate did more than Windows! It went very well. Two workers came out to measure everything. Within the next two days, installers arrived right on time!!! They worked well together...professional demeanor. Once the windows were installed, the guys had me check things out and cleaned up after themselves. This was the second time I've used Collegiate Window Systems. Owner, Phil Coleman, does what he says he is going to do. His staff is friendly, courteous and professional. The new windows made a huge difference in the heating bill and there was another noticeable difference-LESS noise! I have a few more windows to do and Phil will keep the pricing the same for me for two years. The quality of the windows is obvious on sight. They are triple glass and have a great energy rating of R8. I will mention that I am a widow. My husband was a buyer for an international company and was notoriously skeptical. I believe that he would have condoned doing business with Phil Coleman at Collegiate Window Systems. No pressure, just truth!

It went well! The work was done promptly and well. I have saved a bundle in heating/cooling since the new windows and door have been installed. Phil was very descriptive in explaining the types of windows that would be installed before hand and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. After the installation I had some concerns about a few windows. The guys came out that week to show and explain what was done and addressed my concerns. Additionally, Phil and the guys went out of their way over to my mothers house to check out a window that she had concerns about (she did not have a contract with Collegiate for work to be done but they went anyway). Phil also installed new screens in my front door for a flat rate. I am very pleased with the new windows and door in my condo.

We needed two new basement windows and wanted to place a large picture window in the room over our garage. We looked at several contractors and decided upon Collegiate Window Systems based on their punctuality and professionalism. They were not the least expensive option, but were very competitive. The bonus room window was a brand new installation, requiring major renovation. From design to installation and clean up, we could not have been happier with the result. Collegiate's installer was professional, courteous and attentive to detail. The finished result is not only beautiful, but energy efficient and will add value to our home when we choose to sell. The basement windows were custom-sized and we worried about matching them correctly. Collegiate's owner, Phil Coleman, personally researched options and made recommendations to ensure we got exactly the windows we needed, without going over our budget. The finished work has greatly improved energy efficiency in that part of the house, and -- best of all -- the windows are a significant aesthetic upgrade to our home. They did the insulation and wax the window pane in vinyl. The pricing is great! They are very good people. They did the job in just a few hours. They clean up well. They made a huge difference in energy cost. I am very please with how professional they are. He also offered to replace windows if there are any problems instead of fixing them, they completely replace them. They are very good, and we don't have to worry. He gives you a price quote and it holds for 2 years so that you have the opportunity to save up. They do both big and small jobs. I have recommended them to other, and they have also had great experiences. They are A+ with BBB.

I had crossed paths with Mr. Phil Coleman (the owner) off and on thru the years in various local hockey leagues and on the ponds. Phil had impressed me as a very fair guy of high character on the ice. I decided to hire his services after he examined my house and fully described what I might expect on the day of installation. I was happily surprised as soon as I saw the contents of the trailer that was expertly backed into my driveway.- on time- on our scheduled day. It was packed with every tool of the trade-saws and fasteners, hammers, drills, and aluminum, bending jigs, ladders, etc. I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. The work was as advertised! Quick, efficient, clean, etc.- An expert job from start to finish. I have been extremely satisfied by the windows at work. I will absolutely call on Phil Coleman and Collegiate windows again, and others looking for this kind of work. In fact.......I have referred four or five of my friends to Collegiate.

The sales representative was polished and informative, pricing was very competitive and the installation was timely and professional. The product was top notch and has withstood the test of time. An extremely customer-oriented company!

Went well. We did not have parts of the first floor done because we have a dog and was afraid he would jump up and cut a hole in the windows. We had all windows on the second floor done, and this was great.
