I was so pleased to not have a dumpster in our yard as he took any debris from the old deck away each evening. Our new deck is beautiful! His work is meticulous, ensuring that every detail along the way is discussed and agreed upon. He offered options and was able to accommodate a last minute change to the direction of our first staircase and the addition of a second staircase. He even surprised me when he found and installed gates that are a perfect match to the deck - so glad I incorporated this into the design. I am a small construction company with myself and three other employee's, I do all aspects of the jobs. except, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation, and H.V.A.C., and Plastering, which I provide the contractors for. Billing procedures, usually are 1/3 at the start, 1/3 mid point and final payment upon completion of the project. I am fully licensed and insured.

"I was with the contractor that made me think that because my good credit I was getting a good financing interest around 7% and he did not tell me that my granite steps had to be removed, he told me after the loan went through at a rate of almost 14% at this moment I would like to cancel the project, I am under a lot of stress and having back issues I am afraid that because I take time off from work I am not going to be able to pay for this high interest loan."
