I was etremely impressed with Jack. Prompt professionla service at a reasonable cost. I am very satisfied.

Jack went out of his way to meet my schedule and needs and was very patient when at the last minute I wasn't sure what I wanted hauled. The workers were quick, polite, efficient.

Responsive, professional and organized. Kept his promise of sending quotes on time, showed up on time and cleaned up after he left. His estimate was higher than some of the others I looked at but at the end I chose him because I felt he has been doing this for a while and has experience in this field.

I selected Jack General Services based on his strong reviews...now I know why his marks were so high. First let me say, this guy is all about customer service. Everyone of my phone calls and e-mail were responded to immediately and every issue (some minor things) were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. We hired Jack and his team for snow removal at a triple decker condo building and considering the amount of snow this year he was put to the test. The second snow fall of the year was a whopping 16" and he had us cleared out on time as promised. The team was always polite and addressed any of my request regarding placement of snow.

Scheduled the work early, did a good job

I have had a horrible experience with this service. Promises were made that the service would come several times over the course of snow storms to clear the snow on my property. I was serviced several hours AFTER the storms ended--it felt like I was serviced very last. I complained to Jack who made further promises but did not make any improvements. I am extremely disappointed and particularly concerned that I was favorably biased into hiring this service based on recommendations on this site. I have great concerns now over the reliability of the site's recommendations. Note that the rating system forced me to put in 1 star. 0 is deserved.

Called immediately, came on time and when he said he would, work was completed satisfactorily and for a fair price. Definitely would work with this company again.

I called on Thursday for service, Jack General services responded the same day. We set up estimate date at my convience ,Saturday. He arrived on time, I like his price, his confidence, he had his truck and crew and ready ON THE SPOT. When work was completed, the clean up was like they were never even here! I am very pleased and satisfied with the job well done.
