Jack General Services Inc. refurbished a backyard shed for us. The shed was over 40 years old and had a great deal of rot from water exposure as well as holes which had been chewed through by rodents. These talented carpenters jacked up and supported the structure with concrete blocks, rebuilt the joists beneath the floor, replaced the sand and bricks which made up the original underlayment with gravel which will provide far better drainage, replaced the interior plywood floor, and completely replaced the back wall of the shed. They left our backyard surrounding the structure cleaner than they found it when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to those looking for the highest quality workmanship at a reasonable competitive price. I am attaching before and after photos to this submission. Working with Jack and his team was a great experience. They arrived according to schedule, worked hard until the job was done and cleaned up afterwards. Our home looks wonderful. again. We needed to replace our soffit and frascia boards, gutters, storm doors and the outdoor trim around the house including the windows. Jack and his team did a great job fixing everything. They were excellent. I have had a worsening leak when it rains and I had gone through many contractors who couldnâ t find the source of the leak. Finally I found Jack General Services and they were very thorough in determining the source of the leak and fixed it, repaired drywall, replaced rotted window trim and painted. The price was fair and their customer service and communication is excellent. I plan on hiring them again to fix a problem on the exterior of the house.

After we paid the deposit, his team immediately got to work the next week and finished the repairs within two days. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. The entire team was friendly and professional. We were honestly so impressed. This is probably the best experience we've ever had with a contractor and we'll definitely be going back to them for future projects.

This company was very prompt in coming to our home to look at the damage and see what needs to be repaired. I had an estimate the same day. Paid the deposit the following morning and they were here the following day! Amazing! They were very nice and brought me around my home to see the repairs and recommended other things that need to be addressed in the future. We plan on hiring them again this spring to work on the things they mentioned. I would highly recommend this company to others. Great work!

I hired Jack General Services to repair some vinyl siding that came off my house. Jackson came down right away and I received a formal written estimate that afternoon. Jackson and another gentleman showed up first thing the next morning and were done in 2 hours. They charged me less than half of another estimate I received for the same work. You can't tell there was ever any damage.

The siding repair service team was excellent and completed the job. I had wind damage on the third level of my home and it now looks like new. I would definitely use this vendor for other work at my home..
