Jack is an enthusiastic contractor who is motivated to provide the best service and product. He repaired our relatively new windows that had been leaking water. He also repaired the surrounding wall that was damaged and painted the entire wall and window. Jack did not do the work himself, but he oversaw the work of his employees, checking their work at the beginning and end of each day. The work was thorough, clean and professional.

Working with Jack and his crew has been one of my best experiences dealing with any contractor. I had to replace a large damaged drywall around my fireplace, and re-paint the room. Jack delivered excellent quality work very fast. Not only he replaced the drywall, but also fixed damaged wood inside the wall, as well as found the external source of the leak and fixed that too. The work was done with very high quality. Always on time, responsible professionals, and very pleasant people. I would absolutely recommend Jack General services to all my friends, and will definitely consider them for any home projects I have in the future.

We needed to have two sets of exterior stairs replaced. I submitted a request via servicemagic and Jack responded within a half hour. He started work the next day and showed up every day until it was done. Jack and his team were extremely friendly and professional. I wish I would have met him a long time ago to complete other work. After talking about the work we wanted done, we received a quote (which was more than fair) and scheduled the work. The team that worked on the house was fast and extremely skilled, as shown below in the pictures. The �step by step� grid is only used because it would not be fair to display it in a �day by day� listing, as rain hampered the efforts for a little time in the middle. The overall project was completed ahead of schedule, even with rain delays. We would strongly reccomned this team to any friend
