Jack was hired to replace a rotted post supporting our second floor deck. Jack has been prompt in providing a price quote and responding to all of my questions and requests. The repair job was prompt and well done.

hired Jackson last year to lay mulch and he did such a nice job that we used him again today. This time was awful. Jackson said he was bringing the same mulch as last year and did not. He used bags of cheap mulch from home depot at $2.50 bag! Not nice landscaper mulch like last year. The guy he sent to do the work was awful dumped bags of mulch and barely spread leaving gaps and holes and nice mess in front littered with leaves and pin needles and last years mulch. Waste of time and money. He settled on the 1/2 deposit fee I sent last week and not collecting the other half-still overpaid

They contacted me immediately, came by to see the project, provided an estimate and executed the work very promptly. I would definitely hire them again.

Jack was very friendly and courteous (he's from Brazil originally) and carefully examined the damage to our fence, described what he felt needed to be changed (rotting posts) and then offered to repaint the entire fence. We had originally thought we would do the sanding and painting but soon realized how labor intensive and time consuming it would be. Once we had agreed on a price, he sent two assistants who spent a day and one half fixing the posts, sanding, and painting (by hand, not with a spray gun). Jack's assistants were hard working and thorough and we now have an almost new fence.

Jack responded to my request quickly and came to give me an estimate the same day I called. He returned a day earlier than planned to do the work (after notifying me of course), and did an excellent job with leaf removal and gutter cleaning.

Jack was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. His crew arrived when he said they would and worked hard to finish the job, including cleaning gutters, clearing leaves, and doing a final lawn mowing. I received cheaper quotes but decided reliability mattered more. Other companies acted like it was an imposition to give a quote. They didn't seem very interested in my business.

Submitted a request and got an immediate response. Price was not the most expensive quote but not the cheapest either. Decided to hire them based on their customer service and they came right away and did the job as expected. I would hire them again for another project, great experience.

i came across Jack General Services online and called them based on the excellent reviews. I'm happy to report that they did a tremendous job and I plan to call them for future projects as well. Jack and his team performed a Fall yard cleanup and gutter cleaning and went above and beyond to made the yard spotless. They were friendly, professional, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
