Jack along with his crew was very dependable and did great work. He was responsive to questions and concerns that i had and was willing to take make changes to the project when requested. He re-roofed the back porch and completely rebuilt the front porch and second floor deck. It was all well built.

Customer service - excellent, Jack is a good man and kept to all appointments punctually. Quality of work - Jack had two guys from his team come to rebuild our deck which they did well. A few details in the work done that we wanted improved, were no problem to Jack when we pointed them out. He got on to them immediately, which we thought was impressive. He came to check on the work regularly, and kept to his word about everything. We will be hiring him again.

I will have to admit, it had been a good 'minute' since I had my gutters cleaned but Jack was very nice and professional about taking care of everything. I had 3 downspouts that needed to be replaced and the work was taken care of in a half day. Sincerely appreciated the proper clean up after the job was completed. Would definitely hire again.

The project expanded to installing a new cellar door (custom) and power washing the house and fence. They were great. Once the new door came in they were out to finish the job the next door, They even picked up the new door for me. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a rotted post that needed replacing. The job was done quickly, well, and they matched the style of the other posts so well other people in the house didn't even know the post had already been replaced. We were so happy with the work that we are currently getting estimates from them for other much needed jobs around the house (door and frame replacement and gutter repair).

Jackson Silva and his team were wonderful. Mr. Silva reviewed project day after I called and gave quote following day. He even encouraged me to get other quote comparisons. Mr. Silva and his team started the project earlier than agreed upon. The were professional, courteous, always left job site clean. Communication was excellent and work ethic is outstanding. Would highly recommend them!

Fast response, not sure how well job is, needed a repair on downspout, have not had time to observe. From what I can tell eveything seems good.
