Very punctual and flexible with timing. We had Jack and his crew fix some detached gutters, and they were quick and efficient. It has yet to rain so I cannot evaluate the outcome, but Jack guarantees his work if there are problems. I will certainly hire him again for other jobs

Jack gets an A+ for his work on our house. He sunk a beam in cement to support one corner of the front porch, replaced the trim on the porch, re-framed and insulated the 3-pane front window and painted all the work. It looks beautiful.

jack is a very responsive and responsible guy. when i was concerned about a few issues with my painting project he immediately came to my house, addressed the issue and the next day his crew was back and completed my requests. i will hire him again for other jobs. matt (south end)

At the end of the project, the work was done correctly, however it required re-doing. Also, the workers were not careful and did not properly leave the property clean and neat. This said, the manager/owner Jackson is a fair and honest person and he did ultimately make things right.

This company is accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Jack and his helper were extremely helpful and courteous. They cleaned the gutters and the deck. They found and removed a dead squirrel in the gutter, which had caused a major drainage problem. They will install new lattice work under the deck, when the order has arrived. Also, Jack's wife will come next week to arrange help with housework for a few months, as I have recently had surgery. It will be a relief to be able to call on his team!

They cleaned up after themselves - could have been a bit more thorough but not all gutter cleaning services will do that at their originally estimated price.
