Jackson arrived early for our appointment to get an estimate. He bid a fair price and was able to do the work within 24 hours. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and promptness. He and his workman were quick and thorough in their work. I would highly recommend Jack General Services to anyone.

Jackson was prompt, courteous, and eager to please. Our project wasn't huge, but they had it done in less than 2 days..There was some minor language/communication misteps, but Jackson made the extra effort to work them out!

The services overall were good. There was a bit of a communication issue with the color the trim should have been but in the end it worked out and the end product looks good. Some attention to detail is lacking a bit but again, I am happy with the end product.

I would give Jackson Silva's team 4.5 stars. The real proof of their work will be in how it looks several years from now, but as of 4 hours post-project, Ithey did a great job (rebuilding 3 porch steps and repairing the railings and posts on another set of steps. I am very pleased with the result. They worked steadily and efficiently and with attention to detail. Some occasional awkwardness in communication as they are native Portuguese speakers and I am not, but they were friendly, professional, amenable, eager to please, and skilled. I enjoyed dealing with Jackson. I willl definitely use Jack General Services again.
