The install went well. They showed up on time and finished when that said they would. They cleaned up when they were done. Everything looks really nice.

Greg and his assistant arrived on time and installed 2 new windows. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They were able to install the windows without removing any of the interior or exterior moldings. So everything looks the same except I have new windows in my bathrooms.

I called Greg for an estimate on a new gutters. He came over the same Saturday and gave me a quote. He installed all new gutters and also I gave him a small vinyl siding job. Everything was completed on time and in excellent quality. They cleaned after themselves and everything looks great. I will highly recommend him for gutter and siding job.

Greg, the owner, responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. He came, on-time, to give me an estimate for the job. He proposed Certainteed Monogram 46 siding which I determined through independent investigation is a high quality, highly rated siding. Greg was extremely helpful in his description of the process and answered all our questions completely and in detail. I had some time constraints in my schedule and Greg did his best to slip me into his existing schedule to meet my needs. Greg and a helper showed up promptly at 8 AM on the scheduled start date. They worked a full 7 to 8 hours each day until the job was complete. The whole job took about 7 days. During the install, Greg continued answer any questions we had and was flexible in accommodating any small modifications we requested. When the job was done, they cleaned up completely. All in all, this was one of the best contractor experiences I every had.

From start to finish it was excellent. We had called 2 other seamless gutter installers and both times never had calls returned or a visit scheduled to look at the complex and provide an estimate. Greg (the owner of Better Way) came out personally on schedule and walked through the neighborhood and promptly supplied me with an estimate. The cost was reasonable so we scheduled the work. It was completed in 2 days. For all the units. The quality of the install and materials is excellent. I am please I found Betterway.

He was very professional and came right on time for the appointment. They looked the whole house over beforehand and he addressed all my concerns and questions well. We worked it out to make the downspout look the way I wanted it to look while working properly. They cleaned up well after themselves and everything is looking great. It took about a half a day to complete the work and I was very happy with the service.

Prior to hiring Better Way to work on my house, I had three siding companies come out and give me a quote for the work to be done. This work included replacing all of the siding, installing 10 replacement windows along with a bay window, and replacing my gutters. While Greg's bid was substantially lower than that of the other companies I contacted, it included lots of details he deemed important to make the job complete including replacing corner boards and properly installing flashing along the deck off the back of my house. Normally I would not jump at the lowest bid, but his professional demeanor and the time he took to explain the work he would be doing convinced me that his company was the best choice for the job. During the course of the project, Greg was onsite everyday and worked over the weekend to make sure things were done on time. His helper was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well, and took the time to explain different aspects of what they were doing whenever I had questions. We discovered large sections of rotten plywood underneath one side of the house, along with some damage from carpenter ants, and Greg gave me what I thought was a more than fair price to replace this wood and make sure things would be in good shape before the siding went up. I got the impression that Greg took pride in the quality of his work, and it was important to him that I was satisfied and happy. The bay window, the siding, and the windows look great and I am extremely happy with every aspect of the work done by Better Way. Without question I would choose these guys again to install siding, windows, or gutters, and would recommend others to do the same.

Our cedar shingles were in really tough shape. We made some inquiries with various companies we found on Angie's list. Better Way responded immediately to our request and worked with our very busy schedule to set up a consultation. The owner, Greg, discussed all our options and patiently answered all our questions. We had various quotes later that same day, each documenting thoroughly the process and materials. This helped us to make a decision we felt really good about. Greg stayed in communication with us as we approached our start date. As we prepared parts of the exterior, we realized we needed to add a few more aspects to the siding project--a specialty window and porch columns. Greg worked with us to incorporate these additional elements seamlessly into the overall project. Greg and his team did an incredible job on our house. We have a colonial tudor with 26 windows. The architecture is very complex. Greg approached each angle of the house with precision and produced perfection. Every day, as the siding was going up, people would stop and talk to us about how amazing it looks. Even the former owner of our house, who has never been pleasant to us, stopped his car and offered us high praise. One month later, folks are still stopping and noticing the siding. Greg and his team are great. They are very professional, hard working, and meticulous. At the end of each work day, they would clean up everything and leave the things in perfect order. And he'd ask us at the end of each work day, what we thought, if we were pleased, etc. Without hesitation we highly recommend Better Way Home Improvement. Siding projects are a significant investment and have a great impact on the value and appearance of a home. Greg gets this and cares as much as we did about the project being a total success.

He was quick to come out after my initial call. We discussed my needs and talked about where to put gutters and downspouts. He showed me his materials and gave me an estimate on the spot. His price was very good, but I decided not to go with him because I did not like the style of gutter covers he used.

It went very well and I highly recommend Greg and his crew. The estimate was reasonable and, as another reviewer put it, there was no BS. They took down my old gutters and cut new ones to size on site. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We had a good rain this week and there is no water in my basement for a change. My old gutters had broken away from the house in some places and the overhang of the roof above a door was leaking. I was afraid there might be some water damage but Greg checked and the wood was sound. The gutters had not been leaking for very long but it could have been an opportunity for someone to take advantage of me. He also didn't nickle and dime me on some adjustments. I changed one of the downspouts from 2x3 to 3x4 and had them add an extender to another downspout. Professional, efficient, clean and affordable.

The project went very well. Greg and the team showed up the same day that I called them to do the work. They were extremely efficient, getting the job done quickly, and doing great work. The result looks good, functions well, and was reasonably priced. Overall I am very pleased with the work.

He was great, was very prompt to call me back, very professional and very punctual. He showed me the work that he did in my local area with similar houses. He took me to about three or four houses and met me twice at my house. The second time, he came out to go over the work order and to show me everything. I would use them again in the future.

In one word...AMAZING! Excellent quality of work, detail oriented, timely, tidy and no B.S. We were referred to Better Way Home Improvement by our Handyman. We called and requested a site visit and estimate. They showed up within a couple of days, listened to what we needed and explained everything they would do that was included in their price. They even informed us about rebates that were available to us. They were very quick to respond and start the project. This crew showed up early every day and worked hard into the evening, they did not slack off at all. We had 17 windows replaced in no time at all. They had a dumpster delivered the first day they started working and it was picked up on the last day they were here. They didn't leave anything behind. They removed all of the old siding, attached new weather seal and new insulation to the outside of our home and then beautiful new siding. We had a couple of trouble spots, around our home and a couple of our windowsills were rotted. They replaced the wood in these areas and made them brand new. Our Front Post Beam was also rotted and they also replaced it! Each day, they would clean up after themselves throughout the day, using a Shop-vac (very tidy) and they never left anything laying around the house. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and how well they worked together. (very efficient). Whenever there was a question about something, they would ask me and then address it. We live in a raised Ranch and all 4 sides of our home were completed in about 1 weeks time. (good weather permitted this) They also replaced the gutters all the way around the house and also replaced our front Storm Door. They are very detail oriented. During the project, many people stopped as they drove by, admiring the new look. We got calls from our friends about how great our home looks and how fast they worked. We couldn't be happier with the work they did! What a great job! We can't wait to give them a call next year for our deck project! We will absolutely be referring them to everyone we know! Being a Business owner myself, I know the importance of finding someone with these qualities and I highly recommend them. I checked on Angie's list and found "Better Way Home Improvement" owned and run by Greg Parafinowicz. I emailed Greg to come out and give me a quote for doing the work. Greg showed up on time. He was very nice and laid back. He walked around the back of the house with my partner. Greg quoted a price for doing the work and also included replacing the down spouts in the front of the house and water diverters. Greg then sent me via email a professional quote clearly stating what each item costs. We chose to just have the back gutters done for now and will do the front ones next month. Once we agreed. Greg came out and had the work done promptly. No problems at all. Everything was done the same day. The workman ship is excellent. The gutter works better than before it was damaged. It used to leak. I called Better Way Home Improvment for estimate to install siding on our house. Greg the owner came and he was very knowledgeble, about the products , explain to me the difference between vinyl siding and fiber cement. He was also really patient with us because we could not decide which siding to choose. I have to say after we signed the contract, Greg started the job on time and the job was also done on time like Greg said he would. Our House looks beautiful. I am so happy we choose Better Way , Greg and his Crew are fantastic they pay attention to all details. I would recommended them to everyone.

Greg did a great job at my house. The main work was the siding. And later when he found out the gutters were not reusable, he seeked my opinion first on whether to replace such gutters before acutally performing the work. It transformed my house from an ugly house to a grand view on the street. Greg and his team did a great quality work. He also did something extra without charging me. There was a small skylight in the roof that was rotten and water got in. Greg was willing to make a box to cover that so it prevents leak. Overall, Greg is very likeable and reliable. I will continue using him for other projects.

Prior to calling Better Way, I tried to get different companies to come by and give me a quote. Only three came by, but with high price quotes. I tried to hire one individual in Charlton, who was never committed. Finally I did find the following company with a high rating and proceeded to call. Greg and his co-worker, were very committed and professional. They both finished on time, within there 2 hr time frame they originally suggested. They were also very detailed in analyzing my backyard and providing suggestions in proper drainage, as-well as offering additional footage of downspout, at no extra cost. All the materials used, were high quality, which I did learn by originally, making all those calls, in the beginning.

Greg consistently went above and beyond his job to satisfy my demands. He demonstrated how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships.Over the past several weeks, Greg?s attention to my satisfaction was amazing.. He worked with my wife and I until our problems were resolved and often went the extra mile at his own expense.He is an empathetic listener and made us feel very special. The quality of the work was superb, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I am very satisfied with the work that Better Way Home improvement did to my house. When i called for estimate, they were very fast in responding, and Greg who came to give me the estimate, explain to me everything step by step, he answered to all my questions. They started the work on time, like promised. and the job was done within 2 weeks. During the project, Greg asked me few times to make sure everything was ok, I guess what I really liked about Better Way Home Improvement is that they started the job on time , and everything was completed with easy communications . I will recommend them to everyone .
