Greg of Better Way Home Improvement was great. ?He gave us a fair quote and?arrived when scheduled with his professional team. ?My husband and I were very happy with the quality of the work. ?Greg was very responsive to our questions and concerns. ?He takes a lot of pride in the work he does and we would recommend him without hesitation.

We decided to go with Better Way Home Improvement for a number of reasons, though Greg's string of 5-star reviews was an important factor. He did not disappoint. Though he had 1-2 employees with him, he was always onsite working alongside and available and willing to answer any of our questions. They were very professional and considerate, cleaning up the job site at the end of each day and leaving the yard in excellent condition after the job was completed. They arrived early each morning (sometimes before 7:30) and stayed until 5:00-5:15. They worked so efficiently that the project was finished in 4 days. After the work was completed, Greg walked around the property with us so that we could inspect the work and ask any questions before finalizing everything. We are very satisfied and happy to recommend Greg and Better Way Home Improvement!

The experience with Better Way Home Improvement was real positive from start to finish. There were several aspects that impressed me: Quality - During our initial estimate meeting, Greg described what his team would do, and the real takeaway for me was quality. As an example, Greg took the time to demonstrate how he builds a new window frame, and his explanation and attention to detail really resonated with me. I felt very confident if I hired Better Way Home Improvement the job would be done right. I was not disappointed. Professionalism - From the moment I met Greg, I felt his level of professionalism was high. He demonstrated confidence and experience with the type of work we were seeking and answered all questions I had. Greg is the owner of the business and on every job site - being the owner as well as the leader of the crew when the work is actually done gave me a high level of comfort. The job site was also left spotless which I also appreciated. Communications - Greg communicates very well. He responds to phone calls and emails quickly and sets expectations around what's going to happen next and when. To me, communications and the "what's next" are huge factors in how I feel about any service experience - Greg excels here. Timeliness - Greg does what he says he'll do. From start (estimate) to finish (project complete), the amount of time was two weeks. Greg gave me a number of options based on his current schedule, and when I selected one, he delivered as promised. Also, we had a couple appointments (again, at the start and end of the project), and Greg was on-time in both cases. The experience with Better Way Home Improvement was truly outstanding. I highly recommend Greg and his team based on the terrific job they did on our home.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. From time of first quoting job to the job being done was about 2 weeks. Crew arrived early and stayed until about 5 pm each day -job took about 4 1/2 days. Greg pointed out a lot of things we didnt know about our house, he was very detail oriented. The house looks fantastic, we are very pleased with lots of compliments from our neighbors.

The project went very smoothly. I worked with Greg through the proposal process and he made sure everything I needed was included and the proposal was very specific along with itemized options for things I wanted to consider but wasn't sure on yet. He was easy to work with and very professional. We worked out the details and they were able to fit me in the schedule before the end of the season. The work was done on time and on budget with the quality product and process specified in the quote. Greg checked in before, during, and after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. The house looks like new! Months later I'm happy with the job and glad I had it done. Highly recommended

Greg and his team did an excellent job. He worked with two other people. The same team showed up every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was great to have continuity. The most important part to me was that Greg was onsite everyday and his understanding of how to properly install fiber cement siding. Greg's attention to detail was amazing. We spent a long time searching for the right contractor and felt extremely fortunate to have found him.

I sent a message via Angie's List asking to set up an appointment for a quote for window installation. A month later, no response from the company was ever sent. Not sure if my job was too small (2-3 windows) to be worth responding to, but I would expect at least the courtesy of a reply.

We highly recommend Greg and his team. We received 3 estimates for vinyl siding for our house. Greg's was the best and his quote included everything. On our other 2 quotes, everything we asked about, i.e. the different type of siding we wanted, the darker color, the shutters, were an "extra cost". They were very professional and finished the job quicker than expected. Greg checked in with me everyday to make sure I was happy with everything. Better Way exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use them again for any other future projects.

Greg and his guys are fabulous! We have an old house, and wanted to keep the character of the house the same, but have the ease of vinyl siding. I think our house was a challenge because it is pretty big, old and not level, and Better Way did a fantastic job. We are so happy with the results. They arrived every day on the job between 7:30-8:00 am and worked until 5pm or later (even on the super hot days) and even finished the job faster than expected. Greg made sure that we were happy, and checked in with us on a regular basis. If you are looking for a company that does outstanding work, choose Better Way. They are reliable and do a great job!

Greg is very professional in all aspects, and did an amazing job on our project. After seeing how he worked while first replacing the doors and windows (he was quick, efficient, and neat), we felt comfortable with him doing the entire siding project while we were away for the week. Neighbors sent us photos of the progress, and when we returned home we were thrilled with the results. He then returned to finish the gutters, and followed up with us again just to make sure we are completely satisfied. Other quotes we received were for over $10K more than his, and they told us it would take over three weeks to do. Greg and his team finished within 7 working days, without compromising any quality. His team left the property immaculate, there wasn't one piece of trash anywhere. You can tell Greg is an honest man who takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a siding/gutter/window/door contractor. A+ !

Greg was very professional and responsive from the beginning. Communication was great. Project was finished on time and I was extremely happy with the quality of workmanship & product.

He showed up when he said he would, gave me a quote along with all the info I needed to make an informed decision. We spent some time going over the best way to run a down spout in an awkward location. The work was done on time, the price was reasonable, and the results were excellent. Great contractor. I gave him a B on responsiveness because I asked him twice for a quote to side my barn on the same property but he never got back to me on it. Prospect

He's punctual and he answered our questions. It was an excellent price but the quality wasn't as good as the other two quotes we've got. He was kind of the rushed because he do it quickly.

Greg Parafinowicz is everything you look for in a contractor, showed up on time, quote was less than I thought it would be, show up on the day of installation (on time) and finished on time. He was very neat, organized and the crew clean up after the job was completed. Excellent experience!!

Greg came out to provide an estimate shortly after I called. He explained how his gutter product was different and better than the standard gutters. It wasn't a hard sales pitch all all; just an explanation that provided me with confidence in the product. He also had pictures from other installs. We signed an agreement and he installed the gutters a few weeks later just as he said he would. He called the day before to give me a heads up. I didn't need to be there during the install. He came back the next morning for a slight adjustment in front of the door. The gutters look and work great. Even more than that, because they are a flush, wrap-around product, I don't have leaking or icicles between the roof and the gutter, which was my primary reason for getting better gutters. I would use this company again and recommend. them. Easy to work with and specialized in what they do well.

Greg was very professional in his approach. I contacted via email. Within 2 days I had an estimate. Once we approved it, he said that he will contact us a few days before he was ready to do our job (Greg was honest about letting us know upfront that he will do our job in between his other major projects. As the gutter installment takes just about half a day. We were in no rush either). As promised, he and a co-worker came on time, did the job very professionally. Cleaned up before they left. Greg also followed up with an email to check if we had any questions/issues. I would actually give him A- on pricing (not B), as he was a tad expensive than the other quotes I had for the same job.

Greg and team were excellent to work with. They were on budget, excellent quality of work and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their siding, windows or gutters.

Greg and his team did an excellent job replacing and repairing the gutters for my house. He was on time both on the estimate day and on the construction day. The project quality is excellent and his price was very reasonable. He also did some extra gutter repair-work for me without extra charge.

Contacted Greg .. he came over .. gave me final price .. and as promised .. came on time ... and finished the Job .. I love the windows ... and I am thankfull for using Greg... if it was me I was going to go with White windows ... he said no .. it will look ugly so .. he chosed a color for me witch worked perfect

A++ Greg was awesome. He came the day I called for estimate came in 50% less than bit box store. Started job earlier than expected and was done in a week. Impeccable clean up no material or fasteners left on ground. Basically the best contractor experience I have had. Thanks
