Description of Work: Our experience with Hayden was TERRIBLE. They still have not finished the job they promised to do and are now refusing to respond to correspondences. | |They promised complete clean up of the area. Instead, they left the gutters completely clogged with roofing materials (This cost us big in gutter cleaning and they refused to even respond to the fact of this situation when informed). The ground is littered with roofing materials and we finding nails as well as whole sheets of nails for the nail gun all over and now rusted and dangerous as we do many yard sales and have many people on our property.(They do not care about this and did not come to clean up their mess when informed) |They were told immediately as they began working that roofing materials were falling down into the barn which is full of antiques. They said that they would tarp the barn immediately, but then instead told a family member who had no idea what was going on that they would sweep out the barn when they were done. The family member, not knowing the situation, said, "sounds good". Now everything in the barn is covered with roofing and much of it is destroyed. The barn is so full that you could not get to the floor without cleaning it out and dealing with all the destroyed and damaged antiques. They just keep saying that they will sweep it out when we get it cleaned out. They refuse to take responsibility for damaged property. We do not have time now to deal with the massive job of cleaning up their mess. This has truly been a nightmare.
