We contracted with Hayden Roofing to replace our roof and am very pleased with the job they did for us! They quoted us a great price and had a great crew coming in to get the job done in 2 days! We needed new plywood sheathing in addition to shingles. They handled all of it easily. They are professional, hard working and conscientious. Must be why they are so busy! I highly recommend them.

I called a bunch of companies. Four responded. Guy 1 did not have a ladder. He looked at my roof from from the drive way. Said I needed sealant. Guy 2 did not have a ladder. He looked at my roof from the driveway. Said he would send me a quote. He never did. Guy 3 had several ladders on his truck. He climbed a ladder to look at my roof. When he couldn't see what he needed to see, he carried a second ladder up the first ladder. Told me it was minor. Quoted me $600, came back in two weeks. No more leaks. Guy 4, had a ladder on his truck but didn't use it. He looked at my roof from the driveway. Quoted me $5000. Hayden Roofing was Guy 2.

Brian uncovered old damage and also showed us some problem areas that would need to be addressed long term. He did not try to sell the additional work but we decided to do it and are VERY pleased with the outcome. Not even one drop of drain since the job was completed. We have now bought a new home that needs work as well and have already lined him up for the job.

Gave them a call, they called back within a day, came out to see the roof following day... loved the plan Brian had for our roof he explained what he would do step by step . Brain was very professional , he wrote everything out for us ,plus handed out pamphlets that explainted what he told us he wrote the estimate down I liked what was quoted and said to him" When could you start ? A time was agreed on They came that week and in 1& half days job was done ( so from meeting and doing the job all within a week) AMAZING !!! I was mortified by the unprofessionalism of this roofer. He came for the estimate, late, and asked if I had any other roofing estimates. I said yes, I did, he asked out of where and I told him a near by city. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't want the job, my yard was small and he would have to hand pick up the stripped shingles because of where the dumpster would need to be placed. He said that he didn't like the parking and would have to park in front of my "hispanic" neighbors house. He then said if you have a roofer out of that city, you should go with him, I am not even going to bother to measure because they can do it cheaper as they hire Mexican's and Guatemalan's to keep the prices low. All of this AFTER he was going to just leave and not tell me he didn't want the job, he was getting into his truck to leave without word to me when my husband pulled in from work and said " what's going on" he then was saying he didn't want it, and my husband said perhaps you should come in and tell my wife as she is the one who called you and is waiting for the estimate. I have had several other estimates, and clearly will go with a professional roofer who is not a racist and respects my time and would not just LEAVE without telling me.

The Hayden company responded promptly, worked quickly and neatly. They used tarps and equipment to help keep area clean and cleaned up any mess left afterwards. The roof looks good and I would recommend them!

I would highly recommend Hayden Roofing. I did a lot of research on both shingles and contractors. I decided to go with Certainteed and I wanted a master shingler because you get a much better warranty. Brian and his staff were great. Took a little over a day to do the roof and it looks great. Yard was cleaned up afterwards. Call this company, you won't be disappointed.

They were careful and clean. They took down our outside lights and put them back up to ensure nothing was damaged.

We were very pleased with them. They did half the roof for us. It took them about 10 days. We liked that they did an excellent job and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. A full crew came out and they were polite and well spoken. They were very cheerful as well. This was the first time that I have used them and they had reasonable prices.

Poorly. I live out of state and had a tenant issue on a Sunday morning. This site boasts Sunday service so I called. Never got a call back, not even to say sorry you are having an emergency but we can't help you.

Extremely convenient to work with. We worked out a price on the phone and while we were at work, he came by and replaced the vent seals and shingles. Got the bill in the mail in a few days. Excellent work, excellent service. Recommended.

Contractor showed up to quote the roof and had a somewhat higher end price than others but had good references and ratings. The price was accepted and the crew began working soon after. One side of the house was stripped and replaced, a holiday and some bad weather made for some miscommunications as to the finish of the job. but in the end the job went smoothly and looks great. The crew was excellent and everything discussed was done very professionally. I would use the contractor again and would recommend them to others.

He was a consummate professional throughout, and the work was done quickly and effectively.

Brian is very responsive. The price was very good on all three jobs and the service has been excellent. When I want my roof done, I will call him first.
