The gentleman that came was very proffesional, on time, and knew his job! He arrived at 7:45 removed 5 old windows, installed 5 new windows and was done by 3,excellant job

I signed the contract 3rd week of august 2020 I was told that my windows would be installed 1st or 2nd of Oct 2020. I called them this morning to see where I was in the queue and they told me that it won't be until the middle of Nov. now? They get to hold onto 2700.00 that I paid them in August indefinitely?

The installers showed up early at 8:30am, which was great. They finished by 4:30. They were both awesome, very clean neat and picked up as they went along, so I could put each room back together as they finished. They were great and a pleasure to have in our home.

My husband and I purchased the buy two get two free special with 0% interest for 24 months in October 2018. We set up auto pay then since it is August 2020 we went pay off the remaining balance and say a charge for $1247.50 June 17 2020 then $62.43 for two months after. I can care less about the $62.43 but when calling customer service to ask what the $1247.50 charge was for they stated they did not know and could not help us because everyone on the team that helped us prior no longer worked there. When asking for a manager we were told I can send her a note but shes traveling in PA so I don't know then the call ended.

The installer did a FANTASTIC job. He was polite,professional,experienced, and cleaned up everything. Overall an excellent job.

We love the windows. Nothing beats being able to open the windows easily. I will say I was disappointed in the people who arrived to do the work. They wore different window company shirts. They also did not wear masks. This company "strictly follows the CDC guidelines" according to their ads and website and customer service, but clearly the installers did not care. Thanks for that.

Everything went very well. The technicians were very professional and did the best job that they could as far as I could see. We're very happy with the product and we're very happy that we had this done.

All went pretty well. After the installation I notice a couple things on a couple windows(some appeared to be coming apart) so on June 16th I emailed a Shannon from Service and warranty to ask about it. I never heard from her. On June 29th I sent her another email cc'ing March Trignano(our sales guy). On July 3rd I called and left a message for Dan Dasilva(local sales manager) asking for a call back. To this day I haven't heard from anyone. At this point I can't say if I would recommend window nation or hire them again.

Work done very well. Technicians were very curtious to us and respectful of our property and time. Would definitely hire again.

We used the online video from Window Nation. We had taking pictures of the old windows from the outside before the scheduled consultation which helped in selecting the proper window style. I had also measured the windows before hand which Window Nation needed to do the estimate. We were impressed by the quality of the windows, the materials they used in the install, the life time warranty, the various payment options and that they were installed by Window Nation employees (not sub-contracted out). The price was higher than what I was expecting but it was just a little more than a prior estimate I had received from a different company to just replace the 2 casement windows and felt the quality of the product and service from Window Nation was worth it. The installers were right on time when they said they would be there and they worked continuously until the job was done (about 4 hours to install all 4 windows as was also the measuring appointment. The two installers were very neat, polite and very careful of not disturbing anything inside. They also covered the exterior trim with flashing so I never have to paint the outside again. So far we are very pleased with the windows. The photo shows the largest window that was replaced.

Danny and his partner installed all 8 windows in 3-1/2 hours. They where both very professional and courteous. Left all areas inside and out very clean. Very, very impressed with there professionalism and courtesy. Danny and I found a small scratch on 1 window between the 2 panes. Danny is ordering a new upper window and assured me it will be replaced in about 3 weeks. When Danny returns I will also show him I am having a problem latching one of the bedroom windows. I am sure Danny will be able to fix or replace the problem. I’d like to thank Shannon for this email from your service and warranty department. Overall very, very satisfied with the service and install by Windows Nation😀👍

It went smooth and quick it was done the right way they prepped the area also cleaned up after themselves I couldn’t ask for more!

Every part of the service was incredible. The first sales person did a window demonstration was very impressive and I immediately wanted to hire this company. The next week another person came and took exact measurements. Finally the works came a few weeks later-best workers-friendly knowledgeable and truly experienced. Working as 2 man team they were great finished in reasonable time- cleaned up after themselves. I told them when I replace my slider I would like them both back and they said put in a request. Overall the company was one of the most efficient I worked with ever!!!
