So deceitful their lifetime warranty is a joke. They do not give paperwork until windows are installed and paperwork signed. They don’t tell you need to pay $150.00 dollars for someone to come out and look at your windows because condensation and water is all over 4 windows and because a year has passed you need to pay the labor.

Wish I could leave no star. AVOID this company especially sales people David Goldman and Eric Muscyski pure greed and don’t care about their customers.

WN did a great job installing 8 new windows on day with challenging weather. They arrived right on time, worked throughout the day and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. The installers were very polite and helped ensure everything went smoothly.

Do not use Window Nation! The buy 2 get 2 is a scam. The salesperson that came to my house started at $12,500 for 5 windows and worked his was down to $5,000. Horrible business model and they pressure you to sign that day. Then, they were supposed to reframe the exterior of the windows (they told me $150 more per window for material plus labor) and they only repaired 2 window sills, wouldn't touch the framing. They already had the money so there is nothing I can do and they made sure to tell me that multiple times. Buy elsewhere!

The windows and Patio doors were replaces professionally. They taken care of each steps and follow-ups also. Really wonderful service and the people. I definitely recommend to our friends.

The quality of the product is excellent the installing crew were there at 7AM which was excellent since they had a 2 hour window. However the workers were very rude and unprofessional which put a damper on the project I would hire Window Nation again and hopefully that crew would not be back. Whatever happened with the phrase the customer is always right?

What a great experience! The installer was so professional and careful to do a perfect job. Now we need to upgrade the house to match the windows! Wish there were 6 stars!

Extremely disappointed to find out when the new window was unpackaged that the inside top, bottom and sides were not stained. The rest had some type of wrap on it which will make matching stain very hard. When I spoke with the Service/ Warranty Dept, I was told that’s how the manufacturer builds it. Whoever authorized windows to be built this way should be fired. Ridiculous!!

Installation was good, however prior to installation I talked to three people about the final cost concerning the permit fee and all three people never got back to me!! The salesperson said the permit fee was on the high side (based on Boston rates) and I live in a rural town and should be lower. I was told the permit rate will be adjusted on installation and completion. The person who came said the cost was $60. less than the contract indicated and I should deduct it when I gave him the check, however I asked if he would indicated that on the final contract and he said he can't adjust it??? I asked him to call the office to get approval so we could clear this up, only after talking to several people was told the fee on the contract is a standard fee and they can't make any adjustments. Obviously that was not what I was told and again I talked to several people before the install and they all said they would get an answer. Please understand it is not the $60., but now it is principal, I was told you pride yourself on great customer service and from my point it needs some fine tuning. The actual install and quality of the windows are great.

The whole process was easy and done in a timely manner. The installation day went quickly and the workers cleaned up everything.

Great. Very professional. The team arrived when they said they would and did a great job installing the windows. I Spoke mostly to Michael who ensured that I knew what to expect from beginning to end. Overall great service. Received quite a few compliments and will be sending some new clients their way soon.

While the order took a bit longer than normal to be completed but that is to be expected due to the COVID pandemic, but once the call came to set up the installation date, things moved swiftly. The windows were installed just 3 days later, on a Saturday which was very convenient for my wife and I. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked throughout the day, diligently and at all times keeping the area as clean as possible. The crew was very polite and professional and at the end of the work, they ensured that house and exterior was cleaned thoroughly. While we did not order the absolute top of the line windows as these were for a 3-season porch, I feel that the quality was very good and we were given the same level of service as if we had purchased a whole house full of windows.

They are amazing! They were quick,careful and cleaned up everything. They were very nice. I wish I had found Window Nation a long time ago. I would gladly have hired them over Newpro any day!

Windows look good from the outside and seem like a good quality. Interior needs finish work and painting. I have 1 damaged window and 1 screen missing. I had to pick up mess left in yard and on my roof as well as no drop cloths used inside which resulted in metal shavings on my rug. Will not use or recommend to anyone. My issues do not seem to be a priority now that I’ve paid in full.

From the sales presentation through installation, everything was completed professionally and efficiently. The windows came out great and my house and yard were very clean considering all the work that was done.

It went as smooth as it could have possibly gone. There were no issues. Everything was completed in the timeline given and it was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend Window Nation to anyone that needs replacement windows. The service was great and professional.

Pros on the installations are: * the installations started promptly within the timeframe quoted to us and the work crew arrived and began setting up and started working quickly, * the Lead installer, Eric, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, * Eric's work crew were also friendly, funny at times (they got along well with my husband). They were considerate, with one crew member asking if we would like for them to wear a mask (due to COVID) while working inside, * the work was completed in a timely manner. The crew did a great job with the installation, removal of the old windows, and clean up-vaccuming inside as well. Cons on the installations are only 1 (so far): We had 19 windows installed and with the exception of 1 window that does not lock properly, the workmanship was good. We reached out to the service department's number, 866-217-9582 but did not receive a recording to leave a message so we contacted Charles Olson, the initial exterior design consultant to report the problem. He stated he would have someone come out to look at it. If this link is still active once the problem is addressed, we’ll return with an update.

I'm satisfied with the work the crew (of two men) completed installing 12 windows. They were courteous and professional and I'm satisfied with the product. I had no issues with the crew whatsoever. In regards to my satisfaction with WN, I am not satisfied with the fact I was charged $175 for a dumpster to remove debris the crew never ordered. They did clean up after themselves and took all debris in their vehicle. However I could have removed the debris for 1/3 of the price. I also dont recall any anti microbial sprays being utilized (but maybe I missed it). In addition, I'm not satisfied with the price/ quote I received from window nation which was $8599. During the Zoom presentation I was informed that the deal I would receive was better than the national average. When I met with a local window company they offered me $650-750 per window which included pulling the permit, installing windows, and removing debris. Which would have been a similar quote I received. When I reached out to a WN representative to discuss the pricing, this is the response I receieved: "The total list for the entire job is $18,776 for 12 windows. The buy 2 get 2 is a promo for receiving 2 windows however, you do you have to pay for the installation. For every window you buy you get one free but you have to pay for the installation on both. Imagine a pie with 4 slices and 1 slice is free (free window) the other 3 are 1 window and 2 part installs. Therefore you get 25% off the entire cost. ($4694) After that you received a initial visit discount and disaster relief discount from the factory. Which brought your project down to the cost you see now." To my understanding that would have been $1564 per window and installation. Of course I would agree to $8599 feeling like I received a deal. Either that or WN window prices were inflated to provide me with a "deal". Unfortunately, in my opinion, the promotional flyer was misleading and dishonest. Shortly after the WN promotional flyer in the mail changed. I also never received a clear answer as to whether or not I was eligible for the free home nest. On top of that I was told payments would start after 18 months and not 24 months as the flyer stated. The best advice I would give anyone getting windows is collect quotes before making a decision.

Terrible job! Door was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. I looked at threshold and said I would not be able to ride over it. Supervisor asked me to ride over it and when I did everyone gasped as I ripped out entire threshold. Men left this door that is too small, all outside sides are open 1 1/2 inches all around, no foam, no capping. Outsides all around are exposed to outside, rain and mud are coming in not to mention how cold it’s been and air is coming in all over. Window grilles between glass are crooked and screens are missing. It’s been over 4 weeks, no callback or anything from Window Nation. We need help!

The installation went very well. The only issues were a small dent on one sash which is being replaced soon. Also there wasn't a final inspection done that day and we haven't gotten a receipt for the work done and written warranty information.

Customer service for Window Nation was excellent but the entire job was a nightmare and there is only so much the customer service rep can control. My windows were measured wrong and one installation appointment turned into 5 appointments draining my vacation time for work. Windows are of poor quality. When sitting on the couch in the living room, the breeze coming from the windows actually moves our hair. Room and from cold with the old windows to freezing with the new windows. After having the windows in this room installed twice, it was found that the first installer never installed any insulation! The entire process was so poorly done and we are back to square one and will have another company come in to install new windows in place of the new windows completed by Window Nation. My advice? Run as fast as you can from this company.
