they were on time and would not leave till everything was done right

Burke Plumbing sent over two men, which was not needed. They said they could not fix the problem but had a diagnosis- electrical problem. They did not correctly diagnose the problem, or even find the second AC unit! They then referred me to an electrician who never properly followed up with me. I was over charged for their time at $125/hr for two men who did nothing! In addition, they changed the temperature to improve cooling on 5 thermostats that are ONLY for heat!!! This company has no business doing AC service.

Showed up same day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Other service providers couldn't show up for a week and quoted more than 2x what Burke charged us. Other HVAC service companies indicated extensive problems, but Burke identified a relatively simple issue. It was an expensive fix, but so far an effective one.

Great job! Everardo was informative and double checked everything to ensure the safety of the house. He came out at the earliest convenience and did a great job. He reviewed all the follow-up work that needed to be done and make sure my unit ran smoothly and there would be no more problems.

They came out to my house within hours of my call. The plumber (Everardo) knew what he was doing and walked me through what was going on. After he fixed the issue in a very timely manner he laid out some suggested for future enhancements, yet was never pushy or sales like. I am confident the next issue I have in my house I will be calling Burke Plumbing and Heating back to assist.

I had emailed Burke Plumbing because I needed a hot water heater to be replaced, in less than ten min I got a phone call by an employer.(Everardo) he was very polite as well as friendly. I was told by Everardo he would pick up the water heater and do the work in the same day. I was amazed on a Saturday the same day I called the work would be perfumed and at the time he said he would do the work . Everardo did an amazing job and the price was very responsible.I would recommend them to others. Burke Plumbing makes sure the work they preform is complete and you are very satisfied.

Did a great job. Very neat and professional Also he helped move washer and dryer down to basement and that was not part of the job. Very polite great guy would recommend and will use him for all our plumbing needs

Did not arrive on the day promised, said they would arrive by 10:00am. Called after 4:00pm to say they were not going to come do the work. I was extremely upset and stated that he could have told us this much earlier and we would have gone with another plumber - the weather was extremely and we were without hot water. The owner called back a few minutes later and said they would come the next day (Saturday) and replace the water heater. The job took most of the day. We were told that they would return and remove the old water heater but they have yet to pick it up. Update to rating and review: Mr. Burke contacted me after this review was posted and addressed my concern about the heater not being removed. At this they came out and removed the old heater.

Jim was excellent. Diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and had the heat pump up and running in approximately 3.5 hours from the time he arrived. This included time to make a trip to the parts store. I would recommend Burke's to anyone who is in need of a heat pump repair. I will definately use him again.

They called me right away but had to come back a second time for other issues not caught the first time.

Burke Plumbing & Heating replaced my old gas furnace. Work was efficient and reasonable price. I had an issue shortly after installation and they were very responsive to correct the problem. Workers are very straightforward and professional. Despite the issue I had after installation, I was happy with their service, so a few months later I had them replace my in-law apartment furnace.

Burke plumbing was very knowledgable, They gave me a quote for future work that was very reasonable. I enjoyed working with Everardo and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Great communication! Always was able to contact them almost immediately. The work was well done and quickly. Only had wished we had went with them earlier to replace the heater. The price was high but I think that was normal for this job. Friendly and approachable, would recommend to anyone to at least consider, Jim. Thanks!

Very professional and friendly, and surprisingly very quick to respond. Took his time checking out the heating system. Recognized potential issues right away, but did not hard sell his recommendations, just informed us for future consideration. The visit seemed a bit expensive for just a quick clean and adjustment of the air intake of the gas boiler, but that could be our fault for scheduling a Saturday appointment in a non-emergency situation. We liked Jim Burke and would consider hiring him again.

When our water heater needed to be replaced the quote we got from the initial rep who came out from another company was more than twice what Burke quoted. I called around to a few local companies and Burke got back to me quickly, were very patient and helpful with my questions (thank you, Megan!), were reasonably priced and did the work as scheduled and within the quoted price. Great service!

He made an excellent recommendation to improve the project. Things I did not plan he was able to bring to me and explain and many I incorporated.

Reliable, good work and will not leave until the job is done.
