I hired Buke Plumbing to inspect my furnace. They were prompt and cutious did a good job inspecting the furnace and found a serious issue. I need a new furnace Jim Burke presented pricing to replace the current furnace. I explored other options and found one that was a better fit. I really appreciated the work Burke Plumbing did and would defintely explore using them again

They were a little late for a 2:00 appointment. My furnace wasn't coming on when the thermostat was turned up. After 20 minutes or so, they discovered there was a bad connection at the thermostat itself and removed and reseated the thermostat control. I was a little surprised at the cost, $135. They did mention a $79 diagnostic fee but didn't disclose an hourly rate.

Both father and son were very helpful completing the jobs I needed. Doug SR removed the broken toilet seat I was unable to remove when he came to give me an estimate. He did not charge me for that.

I hired Burke to do a scheduled maintenance, which is pretty minor for a new (2 years) HE gas boiler. They promptly responded to my inquiry, were available for an appointment at a time that worked for me, and showed up on time. I'll know this winter whether they did a good job with the tune-up.
