From scheduling to completion, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. And my heating system is working much better now. Everardo and Brian have also come back to replace a toilet and re-pipe basement sump pumps that were not up to code. Highly recommended!!

Called expecting to have to wait for service but was pleasantly surprised and got service later that morning. Definitely on my speed dial if needed again.

He is exceptional with his work ethics and a true professional. Jim was one of the best contractor I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend him for what ever job you have. He shows up as scheduled and returns calls or texts the same day. That is unheard of from all the contractors I have used in the past. If I could rate his work with more stars I certainly would. A little pricey but good service

Burke was able to come out within 2 days to do routine service on my boiler. He also bled all the lines. Very pleasant and communicative!

Overall a good experience, but a bit of a hiccup at first. Made an appointment for next day (Friday) service/diagnosis of a dead central AC unit , but the tech never arrived- when calling the office, they said the tech wouldn't answer his cell, so they rescheduled for the next business day (Monday). On Monday, the scheduled tech did arrive, and provided quick diagnosis and service. Now the AC works better than it did when I moved in last year! It seemed pricy, but I'll admit that I haven't had to service the AC before, so I'm not sure how it compares.

Terrific company, they came out and serviced my AC the following day and resolved the issue. Very responsive, very knowledgeable service team and the pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!

I got sticker shock from the price of the work. But I do have to say that it was done right and the technician was knowledgeable and kine.

Our AC broke just before a weekend heatwave. Burke came out as soon as the could on Friday. The decision was made to replace ( over 25 years old) the old AC unit. They ordered it and installed the old unit the following tuesday. Pretty fast service considering how Busy They were.

Quick response. Pleasant to deal with and did a thorough job resolving my AC recharge & coil cleaning issue. If you have'nt had this service done in a while prepare for sticker shock. Material prices in particular are way up.

Brian was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and finished the job quickly. They were a little pricey but other than that, I have no complaints.

I paid for parts that did not need to be replaced, and was left without heat for 24 hours , the contractor never fix the issue or completed the work

They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

fast response. they were able to get and install new part promptly. service tech was able to explain everything to me. knew what he was doing.

company worked well with me to replace gas furnace. the owner came to my house the same day i called about my gas furnace,and it was determined it was time to replace it. installers were polite and explained everything to me during the install process. returned calls in a timely manner when i had to call them.

Very prompt in getting back to my request for service on an extremely hot day! Issue with my AC. Problem and solution to fix explained in terms which I could understand. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Won't use anyone else from here on in! Thank you!
