I simply wanted to understand why my A/C unit was not cooling as expected on a hot day. Before I was educated by Jim on what the problem was and how it would be fixed and at what cost, I learned the bill for simply recharging the coolant was $538. The re-charge was also done without me having been apprised of the opportunity to use a sealant to help the system retain the coolant. After he added the coolant, 4 pounds, of which I had no idea, he told me a sealant was available as well at $200+ dollars. So, it was too late to use the sealant! A very frustrating and expensive experience for a simple recharge to the A/C unit

Thanks to Eduardo and the rest of the team at Burke Plumbing and Heating for helping a couple of neurotic first time home buyers with a lack of hot water issue that became two visits and learning more than I ever wanted to know about tank-less heaters and thermostats. When we knew the issue was resolved and took the 1st long hot shower we owe you and appreciated your professionalism, knowledge, and transparent with what was happening , walking us step by step! We hopefully will not have to call you for awhile but if we do we look forward to working with you and the rest of the Burke team!

They over charge to replace my inducer motor.

Watch out for the travel cost. Did a search for the New Bedford area...they are from Rayhnam a $365 upfront cost. Rep did not disclose prior to appointment. $425 bill for a $70.00 service? Wow, buyer be aware.

Thr tech that came was awesome he answer all of my petty question very socially i will use him in the future and they were a day early which was better for us very happy and if you ask my husband I'm not easy to please

Professional and excellent customer service. They didn't just want to take my money. The tech walked me through several steps to ensure there was an actual problem that required a visit. Exactly who you want to call in a time of need - thank you!!!

Did not solve the problem. Left me with no AC in a heat wave. Called another service who at least got it running until the part could be ordered. Burke never called me back after saying they would get the part needed.

When 1 of the technicians didn't show up for work the owner got into his truck at 5 pm on Sunday evening and drove about 30 minutes to fix my central AC unit.

Routine project running a line from fridge ice maker turned into additional plumbing. Three hours for that, and, installation of kitchen faucet. $125.00 an hour. Lost pressure in shower?????

Very pricey. Charged $325.00 labor for 20 minutes work. Total bill was $898.00 just to add r22 and a sealer for a "tiny" hole. Service was fast and knowledgeable.
