This team of workers was beyond thorough and professional. Aurora exceeded our expectations on quality. We love the finished product, as our home looks new again! The team worked extremely hard to deliver these terrific results. I HIGHLY recommend Aurora Painting!!

I painted houses for 8 yrs. I consider myself a professional. These guys were not professional in their quality or customer service. 1. Broke 2 Windows 2. Supposed to be a professional, but one of the 2 painters was was visiting his brother from Portugal and had never painted before. 3. Glazing on the windows was done so poorly that I am replacing all the windows that were glazed by them 4. Swore at me and insulted my wife and newborn baby 5. Paid for 2 coats of paint - One sprayed and one brushed. Sprayed both coats(cheaper for him) 6. 3 summers later the paint job is failing miserably - The trim is peeling, there is bleadthrough on the siding from where the paint was not applied heavy enough.

Very punctual from scheduled estimate through finish. Power washed one week prior. Recommended places to pick out paint. Came with all necessary equipment. Sprayed house and used brushes for trim. Removed all trash after the job was finished. Left any extra paint. Our house has shakes so spraying was a must.

There were some items mentioned in an earlier review that have been completely taken care of. The owner of the company responded shortly after he read that review. Delay in dealing with the issues was due to weather and mutually agreed upon scheduling.

They were very professional and the prices were competitive. They were responsive to any questions I had. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after each day. It was a very good experience for us.

Aurora did a good job. Nothing to really ding them on, but it was a small job overall - mostly trim paining, some minor wood replacements. Marc was a nice guy and provided a thorough estimate in short order. The workers that were here all seemed like good guys and when I pointed out something that appeared missed, they went back and took care of it without any complaint - even though it meant getting the big ladder back off the truck. I would consider using Aurora again, no doubt.

Aurora arrived on time and did a decent job with the work. However, I did feel as though they were a bit rushed during the job.

We chose Aurora based on a neighbor's good experience and the positive reviews on Angie's List. Everything went perfectly from the first meeting with Marc to the final inspection with the foreman. The price was exactly as quoted even though a good deal of extra preparation had to be performed than expected. Many of the shingles were in rough shape and required extensive scraping. The crew was punctual, professional and very respectful of the property and of us. No loud music or yelling, they just worked, worked, worked. Every evening they did a complete clean-up, even to the point of vacuuming up the old paint chips. The finished job looks absolutely great; much better than we ever expected due to the condition of the shingles before the job began. We, and our neighbors, are just delighted with the vastly improved appearance of the house. We would recommend Aurora to anyone needing a superior paint job. They were a couple weeks late to start but painting progressed well once they began.

I was ready to go with another company, but my husband insisted we get a 3rd estimate. Boy, am I glad we did after we chose Aurora! The salesman was not only a good salesman, the service was actually everything he promised. I liked the fact I got the estimate on the spot and that he communicated so well about timing. And was honest every step of the way and showed up on a frequent basis to inspect himself and monitor the job. There WERE changes to the initial estimate, but they were minimal and I was consulted and approved before they started the changes. Changes were due to damage that was hidden when the initial estimate was done. I never felt that he estimated low in order to get the work. I absolutely think he did a very honest and realistic estimate. They power washed on a Thursday, then started early the next week. We were blessed with good weather and the job was done timely and clean up was thorough a week later. The foreman on site, Cassio, was wonderful to work with. He was honest and painstaking and seemed to really care about customer service. Joseph, his assistant, was also top notch. I'm sure I would have felt the same about the rest of the crew but didn't have much interaction. Aurora should be sure to keep Cassio and Joseph happy as to lose them would be a huge loss. Cassio seems key to keeping their company successful! We love our new paint job and will definitely use them again or pass on info to new owner. One last thing - I find it very hard to believe the negative review I saw on Angie's List when I was doing research about Aurora. Given our experience, I think there has to be a backstory on that one. The crew that worked for us would never have performed service as stated in that review. I discounted that review completely and was not sorry that I chose Aurora. I highly recommend this company.

We wanted the job get started in first two weeks of June. They managed to keep the schedule. When there was any schedule change, they always informed us in advance and provided certain flexibilty to meet our time frame.

MARC GAVE US THE ESTIMATE AND PROCEEDED TO BE SURE THAT THE PROCESS WAS TOP NOTCH FROM BEGINNING TO END. NO BASHING OF OTHER COMPANIES, BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED TO, THEY DID ALL THEY PROMISED TO DO AND MORE. Did a superb job in all aspects. Very thorough, neat and a real quality job.I was impressed by how smoothly it all went and the finished results.Looks great!

Person arrived on time and professional appearing. Appeared to be knowledgable and helpful during questions and walking around house to evaluate. My big issue was the question of legality of the workers on the crew who may come to do the work. I did not get a straight answer and got the impression that he couldn't readily vouch for legality of every member of the crew. So, although the quoted price was very competitive, we decided not to use this company.

We requested an appointment at their website for the painters to provide an estimate. The next day they called both myself and my spouse to confirm the day/time and to assure that we would be there. We were there, they were not. After we posted this to Angie's list, they called to reschedule and this time they arrived. There was repeated confusion throughout the project about appointments and work times. Multiple times they asked us to block out times to meet that they would not arrive (not related to any weather conditions). However, they were always very friendly when they did arrive on the worksite. They did a good job of matching the paint colors to the existing paint. Estimates were accurate. The work completed was acceptable and finished project looked good.

They came very promptly for the estimate and gave a very thorough estimate. The price was right in the middle of all my estimates. They scheduled the painting promptly and arrived on time on the date specified. The prep work on the home was very extensive which was important because the paint was in rough shape. They replaced little bits of woodwork (windowsills and clapboards). The painting job on the house and all the trim was very neat and thorough. The walkthrough at the end was very professional. I found a couple of things wrong and they immediately came to fix them. The job went so well that my neighbor hired the company on the spot and got their home painted too!

The work was performed with excellent quality and with friendly and respectful painters. They finished everything within three days, working early morning to early evening, with minimal noise and interruptions. I cannot think of a negative thing to write about the painters. They seemed to take pride in their work, which means they left us with a nicely painted house.

Nice non english speaking painters did a nice job on the paint however over 20 Marvin Custom Windows were damaged with extensive sratching of the glass. The insurance adjuster found over $21,000 in damage. Owner insurance Alexi commited he would do the right thing and fix the problem. Then his insurance company arbella denied his claim due to care and professionalism. My insurance company found over $21,000 in damage. Owner claimed he is not responsible

Excellent and easy to work with; the crew was delightful and really knowledgeable. Our house looks beautiful and we've received so many compliments. The amount of work that they did in one week was amazing - arrived early every morning and stayed late every evening. Overall, a great experience and we are beyond happy with the results.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Marc's quote was easy to understand (I had asked for certain things to be itemized out in case we decided not to do them) and was in line with other quotes we received. He was patient with my many questions. Once the job started, Diogo and his crew were there when they said they'd be, did what they said they'd do (and sometimes even more), and were all-around easy to deal with. We had a bump along the way when the sprayer got paint on our car (in a freak accident - the car was parked pretty far away and behind a bush), but the manner in which the problem was addressed was very professional and customer-service oriented. Really fabulous. The painting they did is incredibly neat and even, and we are very happy with our total experience. Would definitely use them again, and would likely request the same crew.

The job went very smoothly. Adam called prior to starting the job to inform us that materials and a dumpster were being delivered. The workers arrived promptly on the day of the job and everything went smoothly. The job was completed in one day. The workers did a throrough clean up and the dumpster was removed promptly at the end of the day. We did a walk through to inspect the work and make sure all our questions were answered before the Aurora workers left.

Everything was very well done. They did it all quickly, efficiently, and neatly. They had really good follow-up with us and they are now painting a neighbor?s house as a result of that.

The finished product I have no problems with at all. It took a little bit longer than expected, but only by a day so that is not much. They charge by the job not the hour, so it's eclectic as to how many people you will get but they do get the job done in a fashion that is exactly what you are looking for.

In early spring Aurora gave us a quote for painting, which we accepted. In April, they got started by cleaning the house and evaluating the needed carpentry work. We agreed on the carpentry work that needed to be done and on a price for that work. Aurora completed the prep work, including the carpentry, then did a nice job painting the house. They were very thorough. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They communicated well. The foreman and the carpenter went out of their way to let us know their current progress and any issues they found. Unlike our prior painters several years before, Aurora removed the drain spouts and painted behind them and above the window frames, and replace the drain spouts properly. They did a very professional job. This spring I noticed a piece of wood had dry rot on it. They fixed it up and painted it over again. I was very happy with that.

In one word they are awesome and I will highly recommend them.
