Hi [Member name removed] I am sorry you felt that way, We are defenetly trying to keep all the work was generate by last winter damages, and our schedule improvement We start your work with three carpernters for 3 hours ( 9 total labor hours) after three hours of wood repair, one carpenter left, was not enough work space for three, than two contiuing to work sanding an d painting your deck and stairs for 3 more hours (6 total labor hours). Total all together 15 hours of man labor. Your cupon was for 8 hours, leaving 7 hours to be charged excedding time. Hope that will clear. We repaired all your wood rot railings, we had deal railing and ballasts rot falling apart, repair all togrether, repair stair railing, reinforced all you stair and deck posts and railing that were falling and loose, sand the entire deck and stairs and paint two coats, two colors. I hope you liked the final work, your stair is safe and sound. We still recommend demolition and rebuilt because of the age and also to bring up to building Code We will contiue to improve Our work and continue to improve our skills to have more customers satisfyed.
