Fantastic company!!!! Everyone is professional, timely, respectful , communication is consistent and finished product is outstanding. This is the second time we have worked with Soma Construction and I can’t say enough positive things. I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

Manny and his team did an excellent job. Manny is very professional, flexible, and communicative which I have found to be challenging based on previous experiences. I would certainly hire Manny again.

Primus was terrific - reliable, reasonable costs, and excellent work

It was excellent. They were very personable, good attention to detail, they do what they said they would do, nice crew, clean, and I'm very pleased with the result.

They answered my questions and gave me extra plaster in case I needed to fix anything

They worked very hard, they were very efficient. They got a lot of stuff done in a very short period of time, they seemed to have a broad range of knowledge. In fact, there was one area I wanted him to do & I had purchased a part for him to put on and he said he didn't think it would work well and he didn't think I would be happy, he didn't think I should do it. So he was very up front about things.

Manny and his guys were fantastic. The quality of the finished bathroom was outstanding. Manny was responsive, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. I would have no hesitation recommending Manny, or using his services again.

Manny DaSilva and his team at Primus Company provided exceptional quality of service and responsiveness on three occasions. First, he was one of the few people responsive to our request when we needed repair work done as the result of an ice dam. Second, he was immediately responsive when we needed some outside steps rebuilt as part of a refi. After two excellent experiences we hired them to remodel our bathroom. Manny personally oversaw all aspects of the remodel. The quality was top notch and he was very responsive whenever we had questions. He also provided much needed guidance on some of the design elements. The professionalism of the entire team was wonderful. We would recommend Primus Company without reservation!

The owner, Manny DaSilva of Primus Company LLC Home Improvement and his sub-contractor Jorge Aurichi, owner of Level 5 Painting,LLC., scheduled preliminary meetings to discuss the scope of the job. They were professional in explaining what the job would entail as well as possible unexpected issues that could arise. The contract was clear and the deposits expected was always when work was completed. The crew cleaned up after each day's work. Manny and Jorge were professional and personable. They were always making sure work was done to their high standards as well as making sure I was pleased with work completed. I was very PLEASE that Manny delivered a portable-potty, for workmen to use. That is the kind of consideration and respect he has for his clients homes. The job was completed on schedule and my home was professionally cleaned of all the floor refinishing dust. I HIGHLY recommend Primus Company LLC, Home Improvement, and Level 5 Painting.

Manny came out for an estimate on a kitchen and bath remodel. We know what we want and have build drawings that we gave him. Visit was okay -- seemed like he wanted the job. A couple of days later he sent a completely ridiculous rough estimate (with items such as $4k to tile a < 125sq foot bathroom -- other contractors bid $750)...It had errors (such as moving a sink that didn't need to be moved) so I asked some questions. What does he say? He doesn't answer my questions but says "we encourage you have other contractors price your project and meet price range mentioned." Seriously, he can't even answer questions? Was I supposed to just say "Yes" to his absurd and inaccurate estimate?? Complete waste of time and very unprofessional way of handling things.

The team was polite, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. Manny was also very responsive to emails. I enjoyed meeting them and am contacting then again for a larger job.

Did a good job replacing the rotten areas with PVC material. The carpenter found ants while they were removing the rotten wood. Though it will be an extra trip for them, they suggested that I get the area treated for ants. I am glad that they did not put the replacement PVC on the infected area to save their time. Thanks for doing the right thing.

Excellent! Manny was on time and did a great job. I am very satisfied and recommend this company.

I purchased their service through Angieslist?s, it was my first time purchasing a service. The first two weeks was doing good they explained to me what they can and cannot do and how their process works. After I sent them all the things I would like to get done I haven?t heard from them. I called them multiple times and even left voice messages and no response at all. Until one day when I called they picked up and said due to weather that they can not set a schedule and they mentioned that they are too busy and will schedule once the weather is good. Waited again and called them no response then due to my persistent calling they finally answered, that?s when the time I had enough. I know that they are busy but updating your customers I think is not that hard at least show to your customer that you?re interested but it seems like they only care for big projects and not small ones which what I have. So I ended refunding it since it only has 30 days guaranteed refund. If I keep on waiting on them my voucher might end up for nothing no guaranteed refund, they can keep the money without any service performed.

When the workers got here they had no idea what they were supposed to do. They had to check in with Manny for instructions. The deal was four hours of wood rot restoration for $149 which I paid upfront. When they finished, Manny called and told me that there would be an additional four hours of labor because he sent two men. The promotion does not mention additional costs for labor. This is clearly a bait and switch and, for that reason, I wouldn't use them again and caution people who are contemplating this deal to clarify with the contractor if there are any additional costs for labor.

Very professional and patient in determining the best method of attacking the problem. Will use them again.

I have been collecting a long list of house repairs over the years. While I have had two other contractors not show up to do the work, I tried an Angie's deal with Primus for a week of contracting. They were excellent! They followed up by phone quickly, and scheduled the work for the next week. Two contractors worked for two long days to complete my list of chores, and they went straight to work on my task list. They moved from room to room, taking care of everything and never complaining that a chore was too small or too difficult. They were also very polite and respectful -- there was no problem having them in my home, even though I work at home and have 6 animals plus kids. The second morning, they purchased any needed supplies and the bill was very reasonable (less than $100 for materials). Everything was taken care of, and there are 4 hours remaining in my deal, which they are holding as a credit for future work. I am very happy with the work. The owner checked in at the beginning of the work, and then followed up afterward. A well-run operation with good, pleasant people who get the job done. I will definitely call them again.

Manny & his crew were friendly, on-time, and up-front about the job cost, especially once the scope expanded. Stayed until dark to finish, quality of work very high. Would not hesitate to recommend Primus to others.

friendly, helpful, professional, no short cuts

I had purchased a big deal with Manny and we had trouble initially scheduling, and then I completely forgot about. The big deal ran out, but Manny honored it anyway. I has similar situation with a different provide for a different big deal, and that provider would not honor the deal; Angie's list provide me a refund. Anyway, Manny's team arrived on time, completed the work and did a fantastic job, and made my wife happy, which is #1 for me -;) I would recommend Primus and Manny and would definitely look to use them in the future for any around the house projects.

Great quality work. Very communicative. Took awhile to get scheduled because they are very busy, but they kept in communication.

People left on the job did not speak english so hard to communicate with.

Generally it went well. They removed rotted pieces,plugged holes and installed the door. Clean up and some detail were weak however.

After initial problems getting a date set up after I purchased the Angie's List Voucher, Manny came and examined the wood rot on my porch pillar. He saw a carpenter ant, so waited a day while I got the exterminator in. They said there was no evidence of animal infestation, so Manny returned and went ahead with a very professional patch of the pillar.

I hired someone else, after a month we gave up.
