Description of Work: David was great to work with. He was very professional, emailed me with a quote and asked me how I wanted to proceed. He quoted me 60 dollars an hour which is about average for this work. He fixed my computer within a few days and is very easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Emailed David for a quote on a computer hard drive error - David was extremely prompt and professional in his response providing me the information I needed to make a decision. Based on this interaction I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future for my computer repair needs. In this particular case the repair was probably more expensive than the value of the machine so we decided to cut our losses and buy a new machine rather than spend the money on a repair.

He picked up my son's laptop the next day, clearly explained the process, fees, etc. He stated it would probably take about a week, but we received the laptop back within four days! It's now working fine. David was courteous and professional throughout the process and we will use him often and recommend him to others with enthusiasm!
Description of Work: Diagnostic work, malware, virus software updated, and a lot of other stuff that I don't remember!

 + -1 moreDaivd explained all the problems in detail (and also in a way I could understand!). He was always very professional. I even had a question after he left about a network issue and was able to call him, discuss the issue and he gave me a few options, without charging me for his time (we spoke for about 20 minutes).
Description of Work: David removed several viruses and spyware (those bad popups and ads). He also installed a network card in my computer. My computer was a mess before, but now it's working great.
