absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!

Things went great! Arrived on time, got done everything they said they would, and completely cleaned up afterwards when once they finished. There were a couple of places the required some care, like around the computers that have lots of cables in the way, but they carefully worked around them.

The project went very well. When I called, I connected with a knowledgeable person immediately, and was able to get a quote over the phone, based on the information I provided. I was very impressed with the description of the services provided, and scheduled an appointment. The people who performed the services were courteous, prompt and took care to cover my carpets and floors to prevent making a mess. And in fact, it almost felt like the house was cleaner after they left than when they arrived...In any case, all went according to plan and the total cost was less than the quote (which is always nice). I highly recommend this service and this vendor and am really glad to be heading into the winter months knowing I can turn on the heat and not have to worry about dust and dirt floating around the house.

The service man was an expert who too time to analyze, discuss the alternatives and then do a fantastic job. He cleaned up everything and left absulutley no mess.We was a true professional in every way.

Great. The son in law of the owner came and spoke with my boyfriend. I was not at home, so the owner came back to explain everything that was done. He was great.

This is a fantastic company. They are on time, proactive, honest, careful, respectful... Their technicians are absolutely incredible, very knowledgeable, and never ever try to sell you something you don't need or want. Without a doubt they have saved me a lot of money by extending the life of our older HVAC system, and helping me learn how to properly care for it, as well as when to do regular maintenance. Do not confuse other companies with similar names for American Clean Air. There are several. This company, owned by a fantastic couple, will ensure you are well-cared for, and jump through hoops to rescue you in any emergency situation.

We had done some construction in the office this fall and had quite a bit of plaster dust which got into the air ducts causing allergy problems and what smelled like stale air in the office. We occupy an older building, and no one could remember the air ducts ever being cleaned. A cleaning vendor we do business with recommended American Clean Air. Fred Doyle came out and walked through the building inside and out to assess what needed to be done in order to give us an estimate. Because we are a business, he was willing to do the job on a weekend or holiday so as not to disrupt the office. After receiving and accepting the estimate, Jeannine, the general manager, called to set up the appointment with us. The crew showed up on the appointed date at the time agreed. They were prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The crew of 4 was extremely thorough, worked hard all day and cleaned up perfectly when done. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

When I called AMERICAN CLEAN AIR, the staff was very understanding of my problem, and really couldn't be nicer. They returned my calls promptly and with courtesy, and gave me excellent advice on how to handle the situation. AMERICAN CLEAN AIR arrived at my home early one October morning to perform a cleanout of all the ducts in the basement. They worked continually to complete the job. When finished, they cleaned up after themselves, and left a house that was like new again. The inside air was so easy to breathe, and the restoration was just wonderful. I will certainly consider AMERICAN CLEAN AIR for all future air quality issues in my home, and without a doubt, do recommend them to others with similar problems.

I rang up and booked an appointment. They were able to check out the house details from when this was done before 4 or so years ago. They came when they said they would. The staff were cheerful, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The ducts, which had been making me sneeze terribly, are now quite harmless! Excellent experience.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company. The customer service ladies were very responsive and accommodating. The fellow that did the cleaning worked alone that day. It is quite laborious. He arrived on the dot and took only a short break for lunch. He was conscientious and did not mind my animals in the least. He was very professional and serious about the job. Their reputation is one of integrity and quality. They also have an A+ rating with the BBB.
