Junk King came on time with two workers. They gave me a fair estimate, telling me an approximate load that would be picked up and the cost. They offered to do the job today, which surprised me as it was cold and very wet. So, I am very pleased with them (Sorry guys but I forgot your names, age issue) and being addressed as "Miss" really made my day. They cleaned up after themselves, did a lot of hard work in my estimation, prompt and pleasant. Good luck to the company. Thank you, Angie's List.

It didn't go as expected. I assumed that the provider will call once I bought the service, but nobody called for 48 hrs. I called up the provider, and they asked questions on where did I purchase the deal. I had to call again after sometime before they located the Angie's list purchase. They informed me that someone will come next day on Friday. I waited for the entire day, but nobody came. Again I had to call them on Monday, and someone finally came in evening that too beyond the hours I was told.

They were great.. Very accommodating and punctual. They removed many old heavy unwanted items from my home both in an attic and basement. I would highly recommend them..

They (2 men) phoned beforehand and arrived in the time frame just as scheduled. First, they asked to view all the items in basemeent and garage, which did not exceed the coupon value, I was told. Then, they loaded the items from both locations into the truck quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied and plan to use their services again.

It was difficult to schedule but they did take away all the stuff. My parents were home when they came so I’m not sure. I just scheduled it and eventually they came. My interaction with them was fine. It took a couple of months to get it scheduled after I trade the initial big deal because of their limited availability. The work was fine.

The service went well. We had used the company another time in the past. They are very reliable. I had them take way some things from the garage. The staff does a good job and scheduling is not an issue.

It was good. There was additional charge. They did a good job. I was under the impression that the special price was for a small load. When we had to pay for more, it came as a bit of surprise as it wasn’t disclosed in the fine print. They took everything that they were required to and more.

I booked an appointment on line. They gave me a 2 hour window and said the driver would call 15-20 minutes before they got here. They did call towards the end of the 2 hour window to say they were stuck in traffic and running 20 -30 minutes late. The driver asked if it was still okay for them to come or if I wanted to reschedule. I appreciated the call and was anxious to get rid of the furniture so told to come ahead. Two strong, young men arrived in a pick up truck. They were super polite and professional. I asked them to remove their boots so they wouldn't track dirt and snow up our 3 fights of stairs and they were happy to oblige. They gave me an estimate on the spot that was acceptable to me and they hauled out our furniture. Later in the day I received a receipt by email. Excellent service! Would definitely use them again.

They were fine. They did their job. They were good on the phone, and setting it up.

The deal was for 89dollars but they charged me 200dollars. They were very terrible.They corded me a price for six yards removal yet it was three yards.They even wanted my credit card and the manager was supporting her workers. Am an experienced man in contracting and I know what a yard is.There responsiveness is terrible.

Junk King came on scheduled day but did not have enough space in truck so they came back next day which was okay because I am currently not working but would not have been so easy to reschedule had I been working and stayed home to wait I would have been bummer. Both sets of guys were friendly and on time - The problem is that they left stuff that had been marked for taking even after we went around a second time to remind them. Ultimately I blame myself I should have done one FINAL walk around with them. One thing I saw as they were about to drive away. I knocked on window. They were happy to take it. I just wished that I had looked around the whole basement before tipping them and saying thanks, job well done. So that is a drag. Otherwise I would hire them again. Or BE SURE to do a final check. I have not yet called the company to see if they can sweep by and take the things that they forgot. I would use them again if they can help me with the left over stuff. They do not take old paint etc.

Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time and actually were there earlier than the scheduled appointment. They were very careful in both cases. After my mother passed away, I organized everything and had them come and haul items away. They carried everything through and left it all spotless. When they came into my home, I had a number of things for them to remove. They had cloths to keep areas clean. They removed a hot tub for me as well. They had to break it apart and ensured it was as clean as it possibly could be when they were complete. They have been great and I would hire them again.

The first call to remove wet carpet that was half pulled up went great. Super helpful and flexible team of three guys! I loved it so much that I called again to remove damp carpet from a second room. Comparable size). Not sure if each team makes up their own prices but the second pair of guys claimed it would cost 2-4x the cost of the previous job. He also stated that if I used the coupon it would cost me more than the first verbal quote he gave me a few minutes earlier since that was "special" pricing. In the end, I decided not to use them due to their lack of consistent pricing. I hate "negotiating" and it seems rather unethical to jack up the price if I use the coupon.

It went great. We contacted them the day of the service to see if they could come earlier than we had scheduled. We got a call back a few minutes later saying they could be there in 15 minutes. Kevin and Vinnie showed up, did a quick survey of the job and gave us a quote. Then they got to work. An hour later and our house was a lot less cluttered. They were able to take our broken dehumidifiers ($10 surcharge each) and a large elliptical trainer. But they cannot take hazardous materials like cans of paint or florescent bulbs. Overall, they were polite, professional, hard working and fast. I'll surely call them again.

We dealt with the provider located at 216 Tyngboro Rd, North Chelmsford, MA 01863. The men were polite, professional, and they negotiated a fair price based on the junk items we had. On the day they came to pick up the stuff, it was pouring rain. They did the job without any compaint about the cold and rainy weather. Among our items were three old-style tv sets which were boxy and very heavy, an old AC, and tires. They charged $15 each for these which we did not mind paying because you can't get rid of them anywhere else. We also had a sectional couch and recliner that we stored outside under a tarp. These pieces was so heavy and bulky, we never could have moved them out to the street for pick-up by the town trash company. After three years of storing useless JUNK, we were finally able to park in the garage. THANK YOU Junk King, your service was worth every penny!!
