I was extremely happy with the service provided by Junk King. I had solicited 3 quotes in order to remove an old SONY 32" Trinitron television and Junk King was the first to respond in about an hour. Their prices were reasonable so I decided to go with them. They were fantastic. They showed up right on time and were courteous and professional. Josh even offered to help me with my new TV. We were moving and down-sizing and had a lot of unwanted stuff to get rid of. The entire process and experience was easy and went smoothly. We used the Junk Kings twice within a 5-month period. In both trips they came on time and within only a few hours of our request. They were very fast and removed a LOT of stuff in short order, and we kept adding to the pile as they were removing the junk. I was a nervous wreck unsure of how we were going to get all of our unwanted junk in time for our move. I needn't have worried because the Junk Kings saved the day - twice. It was such a relief having them remove everything. On the first trip they did show us a price card, with prices we thought were reasonable for that huge pile of stuff. On the second trip, they did not show us the price card, and I felt they might have over-charged a bit. However, at the end of it all, we were so appreciative to have easily had our junk discarded.

Arrived on time and picked up when planned. Very easy process and they were detailed about what could and couldn't be placed in the dumpster without assuming additional cost. Would absolutely consider renting a dumpster from them again.

It went well, gave a quote from photos and cane the next day and removed items from basement. No hassle.
