Junk King Middlesex

The guys did an amazing job - fast and efficient. They had to clear out a mess in the attic, which they did completely. On the second day of their work, they were doing a delicate dance with the movers, who were loading up two trucks with my stuff. I wish the movers had been half as efficient as the guys from Junk Kings - I would have paid less and been much less stressed.

Excellent. I have used Junk King twice. I reserved online and they arrived when they said they would. The two gentlemen were polite, professional and very quick and efficient. Junk King prices by volume. They advised me of that and they were able to flatten some of the boxes, etc so that I got the most bang for my buck. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I find that their prices are a little better than the competition which I have used in the past.

The website is not very transparent in terms of the costs that will be incurred under different arrangements. There is a form for booking a "mini", but it was very difficult to see what size a "mini" is and what the total cost would be for the different rental periods. The form does not allow one to select the rental period. Filling out the form and clicking on the submit button immediately orders a dumpster, which is not at all the expected behavior. I expected that I would be able to review the terms and conditions before committing to the rental. I am very concerned and will refuse to allow any container to be left at my home.

They were on time, quick and courteous.

Slow to set up, lots of confusion and the guy driving the truck sat in my driveway for about an hour

I called them at 9AM and the scheduler said they would be there between 1 and 3. The driver called me again and asked if they could come earlier. We agreed on 11 and they were here early. Vinnie and Jim were awesome. They took care of all of the attic junk and cleaned up the driveway. I would definitely use them again!

Great job. I called and they were able to come same day. Quoted me over the phone and no hidden costs. The professionals called ahead of time, were friendly, and careful. Nothing in my house was out of place or damaged after they hauled the very heavy treadmill. Very pleased.

Called and got an appointment for the next day. Crew arrived bang on time with a courtesy call 15 mins beforehand. Both employees were very courteous and introduced themselves. They gave me a competitive quote (cheaper than it would have been with other guys) so I had them haul it then and there. Very satisfied and will be using them again. This is how business should be conducted.

They came not only on time but early (after a phone call to make sure that was okay with us), took a good look at what we had and gave us an estimate for removal. We had so much that I had to choose to have them only do the part in the garage. Hope to do the rest at a later date. The crew was fast and thorough.

The driver told me how much it would be and when I told him I had purchased a 50 dollar coupon through Angie's List the price went up. I e mailed them about the deceptive practice. Have not received a reply. I will not be using them again because my coupon that I thought would lower the price made the job more expensive.

It went exceptionally well. Two very hard working young men showed up on time and we went through what needed to be removed. It was a bit tricky as a piece of our deck had to be taken up to access the cellar and they were right on it! Not only did they take all I asked....they were willing to take even more as I kept seeing "stuff" that needed to go. Best $150 I have spent in a long time. Great guys.....good company to do business with!
