These young men were very pleasant, courteous, and professional. They arrived within the time window, reviewed everything that I needed removed, and quoted me a very reasonable price. They even gave me an additional discount as I had used them before. Instead of having to schedule another day, they were able to take all everything away that day. I was very pleased with their work and the price. I will definitely used them again.

They were punctual and they were very responsive to what we needed. They are very hard working and get the job done. They had some mechanical problems with their truck, but they came the next day and removed everything we needed done. Their boss even called to apologize for the truck problems and promised he would make sure we were taken care of the next day, which he did. Definitely would hire again.

It went well except the $150 deposit I was told it would be deducted from the total cost at the end. It was not. They dropped off and picked up on schedule.

I bought the deal back in Jan 2017, sent them a couple emails, never heard back from them. Back in June or July, I tried again and got someone on the phone and was able to set up an appointment for the next week. For various reasons I've had to reschedule (no fault on their side), and during the latest conversation, I thought to ask how much Junk King would haul away for the $100 deal I paid $25 for, and was told maybe a TV! I was very surprised to hear this because the last time I used their services I paid for something like a 1/4 truck full for maybe $149. I asked how much it would be to take just a couch and a couple other things and was told they would have to come out to my house to give me an estimate. What! What kind of deal is this, I don't even know what service I've paid for. I could dispose of a TV at Best Buy for cheaper than $100, so what's the great deal I'm getting for the $25 I paid? So now, I don't even know if it's worth having them come out to the house because I have no clue what they'll charge. I might be better off just advertising free used furniture and find someone to help me get my couch down to the curb for trash pick-up.

After having one company here and they did a very bad job. I was told by my real estate agent to call Junk King and they were out the very next day! My whole back yard has been filled up four times so far with 5 generations of stuff and they were very professional, helpful and they even helped us out picking up the back yard after they removed the items that needed to go. I have one more job and they are coming just one day before the move and the pricing is excellent. Thankyou for all the work and help you have given us for the last 3-4 weeks.

Very well. At first, they quoted a higher price than I expected as I did not adequately describe the size of the unit, and they explained that some can be very large. Mine was more medium, I would say. I followed up with a picture, and the quote came back more as I expected. They were very professional about the quote, and about scheduling to do the work. The men were very courteous to my wife who was home when they came. They did their work neatly and quickly and left the property in very good and clean condition. I was very satisfied with the experience.

THese guys were working under difficult circumstances given a snow storm. Ultimately they did what I needed and I give them credit and a pass given the weather. However, the original estimate was way off and once we were underway I was behind the 8 ball. They told me they could do one load and ended up needed more than two so I paid MUCH more that the original estimate. WOuld I hire again? ONly with a orice guarantee
