John is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can text him or email him anytime when you have a question and he will take his time to answer it. He will even talk to your contractor or town official to make sure everything gets squared away. He basically helps you oversee the whole process of permitting, drilling, and installing. His honesty was what made me feel satisfied the most.

The work went splendidly, and my Artesian Well, puts out a robust flow of water for my outdoor yard needs, drawing on a natural aquifer beneath an underground layer of water-bearing permeable rock.

It was great, they were prompt, did the job and followed up to make sure we were happy.

When my town tripled the cost of water and implemented a multi tier billing system I got hit with an enormous water bill. Let's just say you could buy a small SUV for less than what I had to pay for 6 months of water. I was facing two choices, let my lawn and landscape die or apply for a loan to cover the cost for my next bill. John at Well Water Connection offered me a third option. We were able to put a point well in for a third of what my water bill was. The next year I put a second well in to allow each pump to not have to work so hard. That investment paid for itself that first season. They will design a system built to your needs, and they will offer you every option. Many competitors will steer you into what's best for them and not you. Plus when they are done they will maintain the system if you wish. Installation was easy as John communicates well!

We had a point well installed last year. Everyone on the staff was excellent. John, the owner, was very thorough and checked up on us after the installation to be sure all was working perfectly. It was a great price and now I have green grass...for free!! If you irrigate, I would guess your return on your investment would be 2-3 years - then free water! And my water pressure is BETTER than it was on town water. Wish I had done it sooner!!

They also did the excavation and installation of the pump. They are a great company, super nice people, very reliable and have helped us saves thousands of dollars the last few years.

After receiving an unbelievable water bill last summer from our town for irrigation, I had only two choices: not use the water from the town or put in a well. I decided to go with the second option. After looking at reviews here on Angie's List, I contacted three companies. The first was fine, the second was not going to be hired, and the third was the one we selected. We are certainly not sorry we went with John Larsen of Well Water Connection, Inc. in Tewksbury, MA. John has spent an unbelievable amount of time with us, and always has had a smile of his face when we asked a million questions. John has a lot of experience, and is extremely well educated in his field.

It was like a two part system. They had to probe around the property to find the water location. The well depended on whether the search was successful or not. I had all the supplies that was needed, and he said that he was going to hook up my pump and he said that it was going to cost an additional fee to turn on the pump. I feel as if I have been taken, and they are double dipping me. He didn't do what he said he was going to do.
