Description of Work: One of my two central air conditioning units stopped working.The weather was already getting cooler but was still unpredictable, so I was not frantic but had company coming that weekend and wanted it fixed before then. I called Keyes and left a message for them to return my call. They did that day, they explained their billing, and we arranged someone would come 2 days later. He came on time, explained their billing policy. He assessed the problem as a blocked drain. He emptied it out and made sure the unit was working. It took about an hour and he kept me posted about how things were going. He as polite and professional throughout. I don't know if their pricing is good. I have no means of comparison.

Description of Work: MY PILOT LIGHT WAS OUT AND HAVING HAD OIL HEAT IN MY LAST SEVERAL HOMES, I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. ON A CHILLY SATURDAY NIGHT I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF MY MESSAGE. THE FRIENDLY MAN ON CALL (I WISH I REMEMBERED HIS NAME) TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE HOW TO DO THIS AND TOLD ME THAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK I'D NEED A SERVICE CALL. IT WORKED AND WE WERE WARM WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES!
