Description of Work: They forgot to add me to there list of services for the day they conformed with me. Had to call them and the took awile to get back to me and said they did not know who I was. Called Angie's list and they called them and they finally got back to me and said they could not come till next day. Lost time at work for nothing and my time getting ready for them. Not happy. Then they charged me an extra 147.00 for travel time that was not disclosed to me.

Description of Work: Moved a 2-bedroom, 1,150 square foot apartment into a 3-bedroom 2,000 square foot house. They are 0.5 miles apart. They showed up about 3 hours early; damaged multiple items; placed clearly-marked things in the wrong rooms. Among the items that was damaged was were my kids' cribs. Management refused to work with us when we called the owner -- Alex Savchenko. He is a true scam artist. His movers drove for uber during their down time, and they wreak of cigarettes.

Description of Work: They moved us from a 3rd Floor triple decker to a single family house. The move went well. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and they did it happily. I'd use them again.
