Wanted to buy the deal for 5 hours of moving for $389. I called to see if the date I wanted would be available. Person who answered the phone WAS SO RUDE !!! Told me the deal only applied to certain days and NO WEEK-ENDS included. I suggested that be included in the description to which he retorted, "we can't include everything in the description". Well, that's a BIG restriction that people need to know. So instead you left it to a ****** OFF customer to share that piece of information about your deal. Not the best business decision.

Advertised deal was completely misleading. None of what was advertised was available. Complete bait and switch.

The movers were efficient and got the job done.

Alex, the owner, was able to schedule my move at a moment's notice. Santos and Eddie my movers were super fast, great attitude even when we unexpectedly needed to rearrange some items in the unit, and they got everything over without a ding or a scratch. Would highly recommend.

Could not have been more perfect

The move took a very long time. The movers were very nice, but a couple of them were not very experienced.

The two-man team from Hop Moving of Eddie and Danny were fantastic. They were totally professional, friendly, and patient. Their help and services with the move were great, even to helping us take apart the bed frame, and book shelves for an easier move out of his 3rd floor apt. with NO elevator. They were so careful and efficient, and strong. The entire move out and move into the new place took just under 5 hours, and the price was incredibly reasonable and most affordable. Hop Moving proved to be totally reliable, honest, professional, efficient, and perfect for our moving needs. We would recommend them and their services totally and completely. They rate a full 5-stars on all counts....price, service, honesty, efficiency, courteous and professional.

The HOP Team was professional, responsive and kept us notified when traffic was going to slightly delay our meeting time at the sellers. We received rates for the single item move for 3 times as much as HOP had completed the job. They were careful at the seller's home and (unbelievably) were able to navigate an older stairwell in downtown boston with the oversized item. The item itself was wrapped and carefully tranported to their truck in an upright position (something another company said they might not be able to do as they would not send a truck for a single item and may need to "double up" with another moving project) The HOP team was careful moving the item into our unit and managed to place it in just the right spot in our kitchen without a single incident. They were also careful of our hardwood floors which I really apprecated.

It was great! Alex was very responsive from my first email to get a quote. To keeping me informed as to when he and his assistant would be arriving at our home. I was so impressed with their efficient service. They were also very patient with our 4 year old daughter, who wanted to "help" them move the items into our new home. I would definitely hire them again. (Hopefully, we won't be moving again too soon:)

Called on a Monday. Hop came on the Wednesday. Arrived on time. Were polite, professional. No damage to anything. All in all, couldn't have gone better. Got excellent 2 movers and a truck 5 hour rate.

Writing a review just to let you know how wonderful an experience it was to have you to shift my house. Initially I had my own apprehensions but after I had talked with your employees, I was more than assured of your work. And finally after having done a good work, you have removed even the last bit of hesitation. Thank you; I am fully impressed.

Reasonably okay - they were fairly quick to communicate back but did not provide any helpful solutions to ensure we could use this deal purchased when we desired. It is just frustrated based on what I explained in the previous form that we would be able to be accommodated once a new move date was established, but that was not the case.

They arrived at the arranged time. Communication between the office and myself for scheduling was punctual. The movers called me to let me know they were on there way ahead of time. Moving was a breeze they were finished moving my 1 bedroom apt in less than 1 hr and then promptly arrived at the next destination ready to unload just as quickly. I was incredibly impressed with there ability and their carefulness with my belongings. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Very nice guys and wonder to work with! Extremely happy with my experience.

I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for a moving service. After speaking to the service provider, I learned that there will be a travel fee which virtually doubled the cost of the deal. I think the travel fee should be explicit in the deal that they are offering.

On very short notice, Alex the owner of Hop Moving was able to provide two men for the time needed to move all the furniture from the first floor of my home to other floors. We spoke on first on Friday, then again on Monday after I confirmed a date with the floor refinisher, and the move occurred on Friday, that same week. Santos and Eddie arrived first thing in the morning, and didn't stop moving things until it was done, only an hour later. They worked non-stop, and did a great job. I'm looking forward to having them back to move the furniture back into place

I was referred to Hop Moving by a friend who had used them before and was extremely happy that I did! I booked them last minute for an end of month move they had availability and arrived at the schedule time, Kareem and Cody were awesome! They worked quickly and carefully moving furniture out of a difficult third floor walk up without damaging anything and were extremely friendly while doing so. Kareem took time to explain everything and make sure that nothing was missed. I was very impressed with both Kareem and Cody, they were polite and efficient and made a very difficult day much less stressful by really going above and beyond. I highly recommend Hop to anyone moving they are affordable (best rate I could find and the estimate was very accurate), efficient, and an overall great moving experience! I will definitely use them again, you even get a discount on subsequent moves with them. Nothing but good things to say about Hop!

They arrived in Falmouth on time, were very efficient and effective and were back in Watertown in a quick turnaround.

Everything went very smoothly from first phone call to last piece of furniture being placed. Since this was a very small move, and did not entail loading and unloading their truck, which was not needed at all, HOP agreed to a minimum charge for time worked plus travel time. Crew arrived on time, called as they got near, were friendly and very careful. They took care with all items, and even offered more help if we wanted other things moved too while they were there. I would definitely use them again if/when we need to move, and highly recommend them to others. Their price was much lower than any other, and there were no unforeseen add-ons.

They were great. The crew was wonderful. Courteous, careful and very hard working. Alex, the crew leader, was great and the price beat all the other estimates we received.

HOP movers were punctual, communicative, and overall great movers. Actually, I had to push back my move date and I was able to keep the deposit and apply it to the new date. At the time, I didn't know when the new date would be, but the owner was flexible and said just to let him know when I was able to move. The two movers that showed up were friendly, called when they were near and then again to tell me they were going to be a few minutes late because of traffic on one of the main roads. They were also super nice to my dog and cat, and helped me decide where to put things in my new place. They also attempted to install an air conditioner for me before they left, even hunting for small pieces of wood to support the AC, but we didn't end up leaving it in the window since they were afraid it would fall without proper support and the AC was pretty close to directly above the entryway downstairs. They charged the very reasonable price of $79 per hour, and came with all kinds of blankets and tape to wrap and protect things, and even packaged my big screen TV with taped-together boxes to keep it safe. They also moved some stuff I was leaving behind out to the curb at the old place, which made things a lot easier for me. Definitely recommended. Everyone told me
