Description of Work: Replaced entire boiler and fixed piping. The guy is an artist. The new boiler makes what was there before look like a weekend DIY hack-job. He added about six sq feet of usable space to our basement by adjusting the layout of the boiler and the pipes. He did everything in less than three days and came in at quote. He helped us with the MassSave ordering of the boiler, arranged the delivery and worked with our electrician. Consumate and meticulous professional who cares about his work.

Description of Work: I am thinking about doing a oil gas conversion in my rental property. The owner came by the house at the time he promised, checked the equipment and everything, gave me an itemized estimate, thoroughly explained the project, and patiently answered all my questions. I am still exploring my options, but this is definitely a top possibility.

Description of Work: We have had this company out for a few different plumbing issues over the past two years. This time we had a clogged pipe/ toilet that home solutions would not fix. Within 1/2 hour of my call James came out and was professional and courteous and took care of the issue and make sure it was resolved. He provided me the price for the service before he got started, and provided me the invoice once everything was complete. James has been here a number of times and has always been fantastic. I would always call Forsythe Plumbong first and trust them to handle any plumbing job for us.

Description of Work: called the shop to get an estimate regarding the removal of an old toilet. Person I spoke with on the phone troubleshot the issue with me and saved me a service call. Terrific!

Description of Work: I needed to have my disposal cleaned out (or fixed), a running toilet fixed, and some faucets cleaned out. The plumber cane on time, quickly looked at what seemed to be needed and later called and gave me an estimate which was extremely high. They were polite and pleasant but I believe that they significantly overestimated what would probably need to be done to make the repairs and I believe charged by the specific jobs involved rather than by the time spent. When I complained about the high price per each part of the work, they said that this was just an estimate since they hadn't been able to spend the time needed to thoroughly check things out. Nevertheless, I would strongly suggest hiring someone who charges by the hour rather than the specific work involved since they seem to assume that what to me appeared to be some uncomplicated problems might turn out to be big problems. In fact, my problems were small and what I ended up paying someone else for the first hour was what they estimated one of the three jobs needed would cost.
